    Foglights ! Yeah! Your Foglight Switch (the second one) did cost 16 pounds? Why don't you use original Switches for your dashboard ? They fit perfectly. I don't know how it is in UK - here in germany prices for T4 used parts are rising and rising. Some people might think they are made of gold. But have a look on used parts from VW Golf Mk3 switches are the same - might be a cheap alternative. Once i needed a new Headlight-Trun-Switch for the dashboard. Used parts were around 35 to 55 EUR, but i just grabbed the Switch from a Golf Mk3 - Same part / different part-no but cost me only 5 EUR . Glad to see your channel rising ;-) Keep on !

      I’ve actually struggled to find original switches. My dash has a different layout to many others I’ve seen including the buttons which are horizontal not vertical. I’ll defo have a look into the golf parts though 🤓..... it was £16 for the whole loom, I just wanted the switch off it though.

      Cheers Ben, the badge camera video has had crazy views over the weekend which is brilliant! I bought a replacement air compressor today as the first one never worked, hopefully some newb spraying videos coming up and another James Bond style mod in the making too.

      @@pdubs7831 those spotlights look so good. Your attention to detail really puts me to shame. Seeing you addressing the loom and making it look so factory makes me feel so slack! 😂 let’s just hope your attention to detail doesn’t get the better of you when you start painting - I can see you painting the van ten times! Looking forward to hearing about the compressor so I can decide if I need one in my life!
      Ben 👍🏻

    You could use vw golf mk3 switch with function for rear and front foglights

    Small point ,try to avoid putting tools on top of battery ,doesn't take much to short from pos to chassis , good vid as usual.

      😀 makes me giggle when people ask about the shocks. The front ones are the original shocks, the rear are shorter ‘sports’ shocks. I have simply sprayed them (Halfords tool box red) if memory serves me right, stuck on Audi decals I got off eBay and lacquered them. They do look good though 🤓 and match the calipers.

    What's your take on your DEPO headlights? how you getting on with them? good or bad?

    • @pdubs7831
      @pdubs7831  3 роки тому

      I’ve haven’t used them yet as the van has been off the road for the last 3 years. I’ll do a review on them once I’ve tried them out on the road. The prism in them looks very much like the ones I have in my T6 which are amazing. I do have very good LEDs in them though too.
