Day 36 was really refreshing. After the meditation with hands below eyes, I felt my face and eye areas tingling and cool. That would be good for my sinuses. I really enjoy each day starting off with you. Sat Nam
I started crying listening to the mantra one before last, never happened to me before. Remembered as I was a child, sat in a busy classroom at break time, put my head on the table and went within, could still hear the outside noise, but was inside myself for the first time. This mantra brought me back to this memory and I got upset for some reason.
The last meditation always leaves me in tears. Thank you so much Mariya, you have become a part of my life, each day I wake up and follow your videos, feels like you are with me, I appreciate what you are doing for us all who are benefiting from this incredible gift. Thank you 😊💕

Could tell what the last meditation was related to. The one with the hands in prayer pose and the thumbs at the eyes/nose intersection. I had a huge not fun emotional release the while time. I would like to know what meridian or what organ does it relate to for my personal growth. Thank you!
Hi Mariya. This is was really great. The music on the last meditation was syncing well. I did today's exercise sitting on a wooden plank as I thought it would keep my spine up straight. Is it correct ?
How is UA-cam deciding to put those annoying adverts in the middle of meditation? Makes me hate whatever they advertise. This video had like at least 4 of them. So sooo annoying :@ ruining all the experience!!!
right in the middle of the meditation just obnoxious, i can get back into it but very frustrating to have to break my meditation. You wont sell your products that way lol
I am sorry to say that, but I'm afraid I prefer sessions with more movement and less chanting/meditation. For the last three sessions I finished the session somewhat relaxed, but unsatisfied, feeling I had not done enough for the body.
Iss zzy you will notice that some sessions are more designed to work on the mind and subconsciousness and some are more physical. Kundalini yoga is a very balanced technology that will work on all aspects of our being in ways we cannot sometime understand or feel immediately. Trust the process and just enjoy it. You will see the benefits of it:) M
