Day 38: done! I have made a few interruptions in my daily practice but this time I didn't let them stop me in this very meaningful journey. Looking forward to starting again when I finish the challenge. I now know that I want to keep Kundalini in my life. Sat Nam.

Is it normal to feel a tight jaw when leaning on elbows in lotus? It slacks off when I drop head back, but thinking head should be up? Maybe I just have tension there in my jaw and need to work on that? If so, what would you recommend Mariya 🤷♀️ This is about the 12th time doing this challenge now, I thank you for bringing such a life changer available into my life - Sat Nam 🦋
My life definitely feels better, on so many levels, when I practice kundalini 'most' every day. Aiming to do 1 kriya for the full 40 days... each time seems to bring something different. Enjoy, sat nam x

katharina böcker it is either done on an empty breath or with breath held in. Follow the instructions as it depends on each Kriya and instructions for it. Blessings, Mariya

This was really nice. It is always a surprise to me that these lessons look so easy but I can really feel the muscles straining to hold the kriya.
Some of the hardest ones are the ones that look easy :)

I can't remember which day is the Wahe Guru Kriya where it goes faster and faster and faster in the practice. Do you know what I mean?
