I was there too, the security staff wouldn't let me bring my booze in with me, so I drank it all before I went it. Slept through the entire gig and got heavily sunburned. I'd worked til midnight the night before then got the bus to MK from Glasgow. I was sitting under the AC vent on the bus, so I was freezing and couldn't sleep all the way down. Good times!

Not to mention that Megadeth played right before Metallica in this show, who were the headliners... man, first song and they're already wiping the floor with Megadeth. It's like James at 0:35 is making it clear who's boss. P.D: don't take me wrong, I used to listen to a lot of Megadeth too in my teenage years, but Metallica is just on another level, they fuckin ruled the world back in those days, absolute legends.
Blin Mucholli Tempo in this version is WAY better and I think it’s the best tempo. But I prefer San Diego 92 the most because of the vocals and out of those three versions Jason’s back up vocals are the best.

Cliff was more of perfectly polished bassist that was amazing, but they weren't that big for him to fully bloom. If cliff was still alive, man, he would shred that bass way better than Mustaine, Kiko, basically any metal guitar legend
Saw this show. Megadeth opened for them. Dave even came out and played a few songs with the boys. This was my last show in the UK while I was stationed there.
These were the days when Lars actually played with all his body and heart. Looks like he forgot all of that. Also, his drums nowadays sound like toy drums.

Doing 3 hours show like Lars did back then , for 3 years straight, as they were playing, still very heavy and brutal , it takes a lot of more than doing prog. Lars after the 90's had ligaments lesions, both shoulders fucked up, lower back stuff. Not sure even you want it , if you play the same with that . Im not excluding of what you said, but Lars struggles laters are mainly due to physical damages .
I see this concert and i feel sorry for those who only live talking about Seattle 89´, good concert, but don´t ever dare to miss this other greats concerts.

I was there, great concert remember running from the portaloos when the tune from 'the good the bad and the ugly' came on realising they were about to hit the stage. Quality vid!
