- In this video I will be showing you how I troubleshoot guitar pedals using a signal tracing technique I learned using a small portable guitar amplifier, my phone with a tone generator app, and some patience. This method can be used to troubleshoot pedals of all types including mods, clones, or repairs. This method can also be used on guitar or bass amplifiers.

V drive is one of my favorite pedals because of how much sag you can dial in and it's versatility. Glad to see this one back to life :)
I before never knew this pedal existed. It amazes me on how cheap you can pick this up. I saw it sell for $40 used. It will definitely get added to my board. More to come. ✌️
@@rsaldana1980 Yeah, you can even get some Fuzz sounds with certain settings. I also laughed pretty hard when I opened mine up and saw how many LEDs and diodes there are. No wonder you can get so many different sounds.
I plan to really mess with it more once I get my amp up to working condition. Gotta change some tubes.

Thats crazy..Never heard this pedal. It sounds like a good drive pedal.Sounds like something I would use with single coils.. Put some verb with it and bend some strings and your set.. But Did the guy burn up the trace in the board.. Is that why you used the wire? Because what if you skip something? How do you know? I know stupid question I'm still watching,lol
