I’m 18 been lifting for not too long but I love watching your videos. I love incorporating them into my workouts thank you so much for all the awesome knowledge 😁
Awesome Mr. Charles and thank you so much for sharing I take some of your movement on my class and impressive. A lot of feedback totally different and feel
Your workout videos are amazing Charlies. I like how u explain how to do the workout as well. Such great detail. So u know exactly what to do and how to do it. Even how to get the mind muscle connection. Your one 9f my favorites. You Charles, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Mark Bell, Joe Ripptoe Christopher Walker all u guys are Amazing. U all have been a great influence in my life. Thank u all for all your hard work and passing on your knowledge. Old school is the best school.
I reckon everyone new to lifting should start training rear delts with no side and front delts for about their first year. Side gets some workload on various angles of rear delt exercises, front always get worked nevertheless from all the pushing+benching, but the rear delt is whats missing out even if you have high volume back workout in effect, it craves isolation exercises. And its wise to know what Acromial Type shoulder bone structure you have to better understand at what angles of each execises is best suited for you to know which parts of your rear delts you need to 'fill in' to get the desired look and 3D proportions. I'm type 3, which gives and amazing advantage to my front delt in detriment to my read delts, even tying my shoe laces 'builds' my front delts, furthering the illusion of a lacking rear delt mass, so I have stopped working front delts all together for the passed 10 months. Rear delts all the way, 6 days a week! love'em. Thank you Mr. Glass, best wishes from Turkiye.
It sounds like you have over worked your chest IMHO which is very common. Do more pull ups and just focus on form above quantity. This should help open up your chest some. If you hear what Charles says at the end, I would take that to heart. It is not good to drop off training any muscle group. Instead adjust what exercises you are doing and what rep range and weight. The exercises that target the front delts may be many but that does not mean they are being fully engaged either. It is the difference of hitting a muscle and targeting a muscle. If you do not train it explicitly then you lose out on gaining strength through the full range of motion as well.
@@seanregehr4921 Thank you Sean for that insight and yes I fully agree with what you said you are very right. I did make that mistake when I first started lifting. However also my bone structure played a major role as well like I mentioned in my previous message, but nevertheless you are perfectly right. Nice of you to highlight that for me and many people who are chest dominant in their training. Best wishes, thank you.
Mr Glass is a genius. He's on the walls of the hieroglyphics. A God of exercising mastery of angles. It's supreme mathematics and I need to be a lifetime student.
Many people recommend different exercises! I am not sure I will be able to bend and lift as per the first exercise! Sir can you tell me are seated row using the bar used in lat pull down is good enough? Can you rank your best exercise for rear delt?
3:15 This guy needs to breathe more. It will enhance him to do a few extra reps before fatigue sets in. I can tell because his face is turning red from holding his breath as he pulls. If he gets his breathing right he will see bigger gains. He should be inhaling when his arms are in front of him and exhaling as he pulls. It will make the exercise feel like it flows too.
Hey Mr. Glass... I'm in south LA..I need to get my money up first but I'm seriously considering requesting your services in the near future. Is the aol.com email still the best access sir?
