I like the calisthenics body the most. Its super muscular, but still maintaining that "human" size. Absolutely fantastic workouts. I've never been this motivated to anything. This will change my whole life. Calisthenics. Thank You.

Around 7-8 years ago when I first watched this video, it seemed amazing yet I didn't know a thing about calisthenics. As of 2022 I'm a beginner in calisthenics doing super basic exercises, improving on my own way and pace and I can safely say now that this looks yet more impressive. The moves executed by Mr. Medrano are simply impossible for someone with my fitness level and they are still absolutely dangerous for some more fit because it's not just about the strength, you actually need the muscle awareness to execute the correct form otherwise you will just end up injured. Thank you for being such an inspiration Mr. Medrano.
Training relative strength and conditioning is much more effective than absolute strength. A body builder would not come close to being able to manipulate his body weight this well. Very amazing Frank! I was awed and inspired. Thanks.

You will be my dream hero. I started workout 3 months ago, now it have a bit good effect. just think how long to get close to your, but, a man must have hope, right ? Just a little question, how much works do you do? Now I just can do 50 pushups, 150 squats (50 x 3 with some rest time), some bench lift, deadlift and 3km run in machine, and then I out of energy. just cant workout 2 hours a day after work
The only humans that can't do this are the ones who don't pursue it ;) (or those with things that stop them from doing it, such as a major disability)(I had to put that in there for the smart-a commenters)
If on purpose, then jealousy. That and self-important fools on dedicated pizza and soda workout regimens who self-importantly claim that bodyweight exercises with that degree of control doesn't require exceptional strength.
