Nothing but massive respect for CT. He’s nothing short of an absolute legend. He was foundational for the 2010-2016 UA-cam fitness landscape, before it was only about monetization and selling merch. I hope CT knows how many men he motivated and inspired to level up. Long live the Compton Superman.

Not just lifters, but anyone who needs to change their lives. I saw him at a convention in Charlotte, NC in 2017 after he recovered from his heart transplant, and that man preached the life into me. I was at my lowest and he motivated me to be the best me I possibly could.

I cannot get enough of Flether's training style. This reminds me of ab day in Muay Thai, but more wholesome. I really want to train with him so badly. Whether i am capable, I'm no Will Tenny, but i damn well would guve my all.
My friends and I have been watching CT for years and have always modeled our lifting criteria by saying how many reps your gonna hit before you lift and if you fall short of that target we hit you with "It's still Yo Mutha F**kin Set!!!" 💯 That really helped us push our training to another level I truly admire this dude.

This one really inspired me I used to be over 680lbs and once I made the decision to change my life I listened to C.T. Motivational on Amazon and UA-cam. And now I have lost over 250lbs. And continue to lose more weight today. I will running the gauntlet tomorrow after seeing this really well done Will much respect

I miss lifting. I need to get my toes dipped back into it, but with lower back injury paired with a shoulder and neck problem I have to take it slow. I'm just hoping to find a local trainer that can help me get where I want to be. Keep kicking ass, Will! It's inspiring to so many of us to see you push yourself to your limits!

The last tricep set reminds me of a scene in the movie Facing the Giants, where a football player was pushed to the limits doing the “death crawl”with a smaller player on his back while crawling down the field. The motivation of the coach pushed him way further than he thought he could go, like CT was doing. Matter of fact I just talked about it yesterday. Truly motivational Will!
