i have been doing this exercise 2 times a day for over a week not working but with the shutdown and spring drawing closer which is my most active time I am loving this exercise have not felt this good in a looooong time! at least since 97 when I was 23 and 180lbs!
I'm on lockdown too in the UK. I've been doing this particular workout at least 4 times a week for the past four weeks, since the lockdown begun. I can already see the difference. When I started, I was crackling and I was left sore all over, now my flexibility has greatly improved. And I can stretch where I couldn't before.
So Happy I found you workouts. I have sciatica, left knee replacement and right should surgery. I was able to do this routine with some difficulty other areas not so much. This will be my everyday routine before or after my workout. I have downloaded ur app. Keep up the great work.

Hi guys, Love you both. This stretching routine and your 30 minute low impact workout are both so helpful. I was always fit. It had C3-7 fusion and couldn’t do much for months. After having a spinal block for a C-section the nerves in my back had a burning sensation which was pretty uncomfortable. All the stretching routines have taken care of all that. Doesn't bother me much anymore ☺️
I am still loving all the HASfit exercise videos! It is because of these videos, plus a better diet that I, as of today, have shed 200 pounds! And that was my goal!
Great...indeed, exercise and diet go together for weight loss and health. I learned that the hard way. If you exercise and still eat junk food you will never lose weight and still be flabby...

I love these has videos, I've been looking for a good stretching and work out videos. You have to be careful as I have pulled a few muscles following other peoples workouts but not has fit, I do the full body stretch once a week and I'm slowly going to go through all the workouts thanks

@HASFit: I love your videos. If I may suggest, make some with less chatter/jokes/cheering. Those make really sense the first time you watch a video, but I've gone through this one here 50 times or so :)
If you play golf, do these stretches before you tee off. You’ll be surprised the strokes you save being totally warmed up. Just going to the range to warm up isn’t nearly as good. Do these stretches and hit a half dozen balls and you’re good to go. Many times without stretching it takes 3 to 4 holes to get warmed up. Hitting golf balls cold isn’t a proper warm up!
Loved this workout! I am dealing with an elbow issue right now and haven't been able to to any traditional workouts. Found that if I can keep my shoulders loose - my elbow hurts less. I will be revisiting this workout frequently.

Hi coach, when I turn my 90 degree thigh to the right or left, seems impossible to glue the upper back to the ground, rather the body a bit turn to the leg side.
Can you please make a video on how teenagers can lose weight with proper diet and exercise routines? I'm 14 and I weigh 71kg. I'm only 5"4 so I'm well overweight and honestly I'm done with being overweight. I'm trying to lose weight but I've figured out its not easy to do so. I really hope you can make a video which can help me and others facing with the same problem :) Appreciate if u read this
They only thing that can help you lose fat is a proper calorie deficit. You take in less energy (food) then you can expend. More lean proteins, vegetables, and more movement throughout your day. Do that consistently and you will lose fat.

We'd recommend this routine either on it's own or after a workout. Dynamic stretching before a workout is what we recommend.

Do you have to do a warmup before doing this? How many days a week should i do this to see results of more flexibility and mobility?
No warm up is required. There is also no exact time since every body is different.
