This is great, I left another comment, also. I did wish you would have done this in a logical order, like top to bottom so it's easier to remember and make sure you've hit every body part like a mental checklist. Thanks for the video though, no true full body stretch videos.
Loved this workout! I am dealing with an elbow issue right now and haven't been able to to any traditional workouts. Found that if I can keep my shoulders loose - my elbow hurts less. I will be revisiting this workout frequently.
Hi coach n Claudia, I’ve been doing your HIIT and strength training workouts everyday for the past 5 days. Today I thought I would take a rest. So I did this stretching routine to not lose momentum. I only found HASfit this last couple of weeks. I’ve been doing a couple of the workouts followed by this stretching routine which is amazing. I have hip problems and the hip stretches have really eased the tightness and pain. I loved the wrist exercises as well! I am really not flexible in my lower body, so I’m hoping doing these stretches regularly my flexibility will improve a lot and I already have seen a little improvement! The only one I can’t do it the foot stretches, I have shortened ligament and bending my feet at any angle is a challenge. But my right foot has improved a little. Will be looking for more routines that are specifically for hips and feet stretches to focus on when I have my rest days! Thanks guys! I normally hate working out at home but I’m waking up and looking for we to doing it!

I love these has videos, I've been looking for a good stretching and work out videos. You have to be careful as I have pulled a few muscles following other peoples workouts but not has fit, I do the full body stretch once a week and I'm slowly going to go through all the workouts thanks

I've just completed this today for the first time. I rolled out of bed at 06.00am and did this full body stretching exercise. I enjoyed every minute of it. I can see myself returning to this exercise over and over again. It's a favourite already. Thank you.
So Happy I found you workouts. I have sciatica, left knee replacement and right should surgery. I was able to do this routine with some difficulty other areas not so much. This will be my everyday routine before or after my workout. I have downloaded ur app. Keep up the great work.

been doing this for at least a month now and boy what a difference my flexibility has increased I have more energy and my tummy has come in been dealing with a case of spinal cord compression so I am careful but boy does it make the bone spur sensations go away!
Wow! Between taking Move Free Ultra and doing your dynamic stretching in the morning and static streatching in the evening, I am feeling better than I ever thought I could again! I'm on lockdown too in the UK. I've been doing this particular workout at least 4 times a week for the past four weeks, since the lockdown begun. I can already see the difference. When I started, I was crackling and I was left sore all over, now my flexibility has greatly improved. And I can stretch where I couldn't before.

There are parts of our body that we don't often think of, and you point it out, as the piriformis for which i suffered a lot in the past till my best therapiste showed me how to work it out. I also suffer some small osteoarthritis on my both wrists. Well, i train with your wrist's exercises every day. And God bless you.

Lanjutan dg yg sfh terkirim.Diawali dg peregangan otot 5 menit,oemanasan sendi 5 menit .Baru latihan beban dg tubuh sendiri dg skuat, Langes, Sit up, Push up, Plank 3 set dg 10 repetisi.Dilanjutkan dg aerobik low impact 2x 15 menit,cooling down 10 menit.Alhamdulillah badan sehat dan bugar .Kemarin saya selesai memasak agak lama posisi berdiri,pinggang belakang ( low back pain) terasa pegal tidak nyaman rasanya .Lalu daya ikuti dg gerakan terapi yg anda peragakan,sampai keluar keringat meskipun slow gerakannya .Alhamdulillah setelah saya lakukan gerakan ini berangsur sembuh.Terima kasih atas ilmunya,semoga anda selalu sehat dan diberkati Tuhan

It's crazy that this is one of the only true and healthy full body stretch videos on UA-cam. Everything else is for lazy people who want to get things done in 3-5 minutes, they're more interested in convenience than health.

Hi guys, Love you both. This stretching routine and your 30 minute low impact workout are both so helpful. I was always fit. It had C3-7 fusion and couldn’t do much for months.
