With my new Solomen boots and your stretching routine I never had an ache or pain whereas my co walkers were always having issues! I alternate between 4 of the 30 minute stretch routines I have found. I try to do 1 every day. It has literally changed my life to be honest. Mostly shoulders, neck and lower back were my problem areas.
Another great workout from u guys!! Thank you so much. My weekly routine is... 1. Mon: 40 min for people who get bored easily 2. Tue: 30 min HIIT with weights 3. Wed. Stretching - this video 4. Thursday: 50 min weight training 5. Friday: 35 Min HIIT workout for people who get bored 6. Sat/Sun - relax and have eat desert!!

Having chronic health issues I love that you have such a full range of exercises. This means that I can remain consistent with exercise but choose stretching on days with pain and more intense workouts (cardio and strength) on days where I feel stronger. Thank you for creating great content.

on the workout plan I was supposed to do this last Saturday and for the entire weekend I was stiff and achie. Should have done it Saturday but even on Monday it feels great!

I LOVE LOVE LOVE this stretch workout. If you are just beginning or just seem tight from bad posture, standing on your feet all day, this is for you. I especially love how this program stretches my tight shoulders and hip flexors. I'm definitely going to check out their other workouts.
wow. I have never really stretched before or after cardio or weightlifting. I felt so tight this morning I decided to just stretch today. I feel SO much better after doing these stretches with you both. Definitely going to dedicate one day a week to stretching from now on.
Thank you for this great workout. I did it after one of the full body strength workouts and it was a fantastic complement to finish my workout today. Some of the exercises remind me the time I was practicing gymnastics a very nice motivation to continue :)
