reminder for the inflexible, injured, or beginners: it's okay if you cannot go as deep into pose as she can! we are all at different stages and levels, if you need to skip a move or modify because it is painful then that is ok. i am injured with IT band syndrome so some hip stretches are difficult for me. :) take care!

I would have liked if this routine had a wrist stretch section because I found that a lot of the stretches were putting pressure on my wrists. No hate, just some feedback 😊

I was gonna do your 15 min back exercise, but after feeling the onset of migraine, I decided to skip today's lesson but do a stretch. But I'm starting to get the mindset that "stretch days" aren't cheating, or not real exercise - it's well important to maintain flexibility. Topping it off, I've had the beginnings of a sprained wrist for a few days 🫨, but I followed along as best I could, and feel invigorated. Now, I'll have a cup of tea and read some before heading to work. Thank you, Maddie 🪻.
I am 26 weeks pregnant and this was so helpful! I've worked out with madfit for about 3 years, 4-5 times a week, and I'm just now engaging with all of the stretch ones for the sake of pregnancy. (More pregnancy friendly workouts from you would be amazing ;)).
okay so the first time I tried this I couldn't finish the whole video. Second time I tried this I got a leg cramp and just pushed through it but got through the whole video. Thanks! Now I'm gonna go for a long jog. This workout did make me sweat a little which was really nice...I may even go read when I'm on the hiking trail the community painted the benches so it's a nice little area where you can have a picnic. Can't wait to go. Thanks again for another stretch video I just wish that I could keep going and doing your videos. I even joined a gym that has free trainers so I'm going to sign up for that.
Saved to my playlist❤ Just one suggestion ;) I love alternating sides rather than isolating one side at a time. It eases my body into the warmup a bit better, I quit this video half way thru because of having to make an Appointment so now my left side is cold lol 😂
I was just hoping you would make a stretch and mobility video. I do this in the morning. Please make more of these videos because most people can do these exercises easily and they’re good for people who sit down a lot. Thanks

Great stretch routine, shows me how inflexible my body is right now lol. I plan to continue with your stretching videos! Someone did comment about wrist stretches, if there is such a thing that would be great to start with. My wrists were aching, but I just chalked it up to age.

This is excellent. As an older guy with slightly decreasing range of motion its great as an antidote to resistance and cardio routines fatigue. Think I will revisit every few weeks as medicine. Thanks.😃
I have stenosis in l5 and s1, I injured my back two days ago and I always start with the basic after a back injury and this Mobility workout was great 😍 love me some Maddie ❤
Been doing your work out for straight 4 days now and this is really good. I was so sore my whole body so this was a need to relax and just stretch. It really does good with the flexibility and you are really flexible but this helps so much today with my sore muscles. Will check your app. thank you!
