    I haven't worked out in like a month - 2 months 😔 and when I stopped, I started back eating EXTREMELY unhealthy foods. A youtuber that I started watching said she recommended y'alls videos and that she lost over 100lbs. Today is my first day getting back into exercising, and it feels good. I did however take 2 brakes, one at 21 minutes, and the other shortly after, but I got right back to the video & finished it out 🥳

    Hello from Australia! I've been working out with you guys for 3 weeks now.. some days I do a hiit followed by your lower back pain/strengthen video. I have a lot of extra weight that hurts when I jump, but have found you two to be really encouraging and am feeling a lot stronger and fitter already! Thank you

    With Covid 19 haven't been able to go to our fitness center. I'm a senior and I don't want to lose mobility. This cardio workout, as well as your other workouts, is outstanding. I appreciate that you talk us through the exercise. I also appreciate that Claudia does the modification. I was able to do almost all of them with minimum modification. Thanks for being here for all of us!!

    These really are the best workouts there are, as others say you push yourself to your ability as we are all different and it encourages a person to listen to their body. I am 66 and like someone else has said I mix them all up and most days I do 30 mins in the morning then 20 mins in the afternoon. Thank you for putting these exercises out there.

    Big fan of HASfit. I like non-fussy workouts, that get to the point. I use the videos when traveling for work. Lately, in addition to the quarantine, I'm recovering from breast surgery (benign, thankfully, but I chose preventative lump removal). Not trying to give TMI but for those who are hardcore re: fitness, and have surgery of any kind, it's a mindf%^&k, it's like getting busted to Private from General. As soon as I was cleared to do more than walk for exercise, I hit the HASfit videos because I knew I could find a range of levels I could do to get back up to my previous fitness level. Thanks for being accessible to all fitness levels, because even us fitness buffs have times in our lives of limited mobility. HASfit is my personal therapy in a few ways right now.

    TQ for keeping it FREE…love it as it has helped my bf (who has Heart issues, on many meds almost 10 yrs now) & myself, we both started 3wks ago as since had borderline BP pressure (this I hope can help bring it down…monitoring). He is in Canada & I in HK & sometimes in Malaysia - we both look at each other thru wsapp video & have our iPads on at the same time……he is around 300lb & needs to lose some weight 4 his Health❤❤…

    I can’t thank you guys enough for this workout. For long I have been searching for a workout like this for my 60+ year old parents. I make them do this regularly and it has increased their stamina. Please make more similar workouts so that folks like my parents will be able to improve their fitness levels with these simple and effective moves.

      Do you have low impact, high intensity workouts for intermediate or advanced exercisers? I am an avid exerciser but don't like the jarring on my joints.

      Hi guys! Firstly, I'd like to say thank you from the bottom of my heart for all the amazing workouts you provide for FREE! I'm a mom of 3 small kids and can no longer go to the gym. But having access to your workouts, I dont feel too bummed out about it. Actually, I'm getting much better results with your workouts than I've ever gotten at the gym! If I may offer some constructive criticism though! Maybe change up the background a bit? You guys often wear similar clothes with the same background and it's hard for me to differentiate the workouts. There are some workouts that I really love and I have to watch the video for a few minutes to determine if I've found the right one. That's my one complaint :( Other than that, you guys are the best!!! I love how humble you and Claudia are and once again, thank you so so much for your workouts!

      Could it be true my perception is that I'm using more calories to complete this workout? I use 5 pound weights and try the hardest form. I am using the most muscle groups I can and the most repetitions. Could it be burning more calories?

    I LOVE your workouts! Thank you! I love that you don't count reps; that way I get lost in the exercise instead of thinking how many I have left. I rarely look at the clock on the top right side so the time goes by so quickly. It never feels like a travail with you - just a moment for me. And thank you for the reminders of why we are doing this. For me, it's to stave off Alzheimers and keep my strength up which I am loosing as I get older. Thank you so much for all your motivational comments.

    I am so out of shape! Lately, I've been trying to work through my shoulder pain (had surgery twice), body pain (lyme), and weight gain I've had over the past 6 years. Had to extra modify this workout, but I'll get there. HASFit has workouts that don't intimidate me!!!

    For various reasons (I started working from home and far more sedentary in front of a computer, some bad eating habits, and hitting age 50) - suddenly my blood pressure has started going up alarmingly. I’ve started eating healthier and really watching my sodium, which has helped some. But the ONLY thing that has consistently gotten my blood pressure down to safe levels again is (getting up and moving for a minute or two throughout the day while working) and doing regular cardio exercise. For me, this is the main thing that really is getting my blood pressure under control - I’m talking about going from 150/90 to the 120’s/70’s. It is really that effective!! But it has to be consistent and regular - I’m doing it minimally 3 times a week and aiming for 4 when I can. These exercise routines are literally a life saver!! Thank you!!!!!! 🙏

    I wanted to thank you for offering these workouts. I started utilizing the videos exclusively 6 days a week about 9 mos ago to strengthen the muscles in my back and legs. ( I am in my fifties and have some medical challenges from the advance of time and overuse.) I no longer have back pain when I wake up in the morning! There are so many out there, specifically their clothing attire, that are way too scandalous and it’s very uncomfortable for my husband and I. However, the two of you have been consistent and we really appreciate it. I have been following you guys for the past 3 years, and my husband joined me a year and a half ago. Good on you for staying your own and not letting the rest of them influence you to change your appropriate clothes!!

    I have been working out with y'all almost 2 months now and last week i injured my back due to bad movement, and I was set back and couldn't do any work out I felt depressed, sad and my anxiety got a hold of me than started eating a lot but this week i was like this back pain is not going to hold me back, so I started to look up your low cardio workout and friendly injured back exercises and found this videos and omg i Loved it i made me sweat and got my hurt rate up and didn't even hurt my back.     Just finished this workout and I'm almost as sweaty as coach, I really enjoyed and appreciated this workout as you said it hit everything I mean everything! It was low enough impact for me that I could actually put ankle weights on as well, two pounders, add an extra layer of difficulty as coach would say.     Today: 20 min senior + 8 min neck stretch + 30 minutes cardio for beginners = very good 58 minutes workout ... May be I can suggest you guys prepare a combination of your workouts, something I often do when only one of the workouts does not feel enough or I simply have a bit more time.     Hi. I really like you guys. You’re down to earth and realistic and I don’t come away feeling inferior. I’m starting this workout to help lower my BP. I have very bad knees so I have to be VERY careful but I was able to fulfill my goal of 25 mins (I had to take a break for a couple, lol). Thanks. See you tomorrow!

    Great combo set, Coach Kozak! I began with you guys about 3 weeks ago and feel fantastic. I used the sciatica stretch vid, and after 1 session, pain gone by 90%. Again next day. Not only pain gone, but knees and lower back had new life breathed in them. I tried getting back into my yoga (certified yoga instructor here) but just wasn't feeling it. I was hooked on HASfit after a few sessions, and now looking back on it I think the sciatica pain (which had come out of nowhere and disappeared as quickly) was the Universe's way of guiding me to exercise on a regular basis. I actually LOOK FORWARD to my workouts! You 2 have a wonderful energy and balance one another out as we go through the session. The explanations and encouragement are very helpful and useful. High fives all around and God Bless you for your generous spirit and commitment to helping others.

    I love your videos, so many choices so I don't get bored of the same routine. I am 64 and live at a high altitude, which is an extra challenge. I have not hurt myself yet, from following the easier or more challenging exercises. Thank you so much for making these available for free.

My health club has been belly up for six months with the whole virus situation and I’ve been going there regularly for 35 years so it’s been hard with that gone.     Pretty sure this workout would’ve wiped me out a couple months ago, but today I was able to keep up with ease (without modifying!) while working up a bit of a sweat! In fact I’m going to hop to another one of your workouts to complete the full hour 😊 Feeling stronger each time, thank you so much as always!

    Hi Coach, your training methods are superb and tips in between - out standing! I have been working out for almost 10 yrs + with a personal trainer, I figured several points which my trainer had missed out from your training session, Due to lock down I have no other options than helping my self out with resistance bands and your.training videos - keep up the good work.

      HASfit I just completed this workout this morning and it was amazing. Even though it’s low impact you still get a good sweat and burn going. I will be doing this again very soon.

    Love this one! Definitely great cardio with the right weights, and nice not to have to jump or get down on the floor.

    Just did this in PE a few hours ago and it was pretty cool. I’m a freshman so I didn’t love it but it felt great to do it. A little sore but we don’t do full body workouts like this often. It was great and I really recommend it.❣️❣️

    Your workouts are far and away the best! I love the way you encourage us to adapt each move to our own ability, rather than just sticking with one weight/ intensity level for the whole workout...this really helps me to push myself a little more each time, but also do the workout even if I'm having a low energy day. I've said it elsewhere, but HASfit has completely changed how I feel about exercise & my body, & I really look forward to my workout each day. Recently started a programme through the app & it has made an incredible difference already! Thanks so much & please keep up the good work, you're changing so many lives for the better ♥️ XXX

    I had tried an app to do some workouts and the impact was too much. I was in horrible pain the next day. I love that this was low impact and I LOVE the modifications! I’m sore afterwards but in a good way! I’m gonna get this app!!

    This is the first "proper" workout I've done since being diagnosed with hip arthritis over a year ago! Some of the squats did hurt but I did it to my pain limit. I do your hip and back routine and it does wonders. Am feeling really good thank you :)

    This is perfect for today. Did a routine with weights for upper body and some core work, adding this for cardio portion. I like to have the combo of some additional upper body with light weights as I am a bit sore from my routine yesterday so this low impact will be a perfect fit. Thanks

    Great full body workout. Thanks for reminding us when to inhale and exhale because I forget sometimes when to do what....
