Started this routine 1st lock down and still continuing together. They have changed so many lives for the better. Had my hated brother following their routine and my father doing their senior citizen mobility every morning. Thank you Coach and Claudia a great team on this and all of their videos!

This looks FANTASTIC! I have experienced wrist pain due to typing for work and driving far to visit friends and it's so hard to find long, full-body stretching routines without a ton of down-dogs that contribute to wrist pain. Also, your wrist stretches for pain relief and strengthening have been SOOOOOO beneficial to me! I was able to continue exercising through carpal tunnel with zero/truly minimal pain because of those exercises. You guys are fantastic!
Excellent workout either as a cool down after a long bike ride, or as a stretching routine first thing in the morning. I always feel taller afterwards. Many thanks.

Just finished, some moves were a little tough like the squatting move but I was able to complete the entire workout. I feel so much looser now. Thanks!
Ohhh ouch, I had torn my right Bicep tendon and Bicep, been doing Physio for last 2 months. I think this will be that perfect stretch routine later down the road.
Out of curiosity would this helps grow height? I'm 15 and been a yr or 2 since puberty (not sure if this would have an affect) and I'm male. So would doing this help grow my height as I'm only 5"5 Thanks
When doing the behind your back etc & wall chin tuck stretches, didn't get it,mayb one of you guys one shud have turned sideways just to see how the stretch behind back was done

Love these stretches. Did them after my morning 2 mile fast walk. With my chronic back pain, this helps to stretch out the very tight hips

Unfortunately your height is determined by genetics and not the stretches you do.

Attitude Era try the 20 minute hiit cardio workout that says 375 calories on it that’s a good one to start with using the beginner exercises.
