I'm 66 yrs old, have always been physically active, ran my last marathon just 2 years ago, and last year I summitted Mt Kilimanjaro in Africa. I have been in a sad slump the last couple of months, with bone and muscle pain, and not exercising.. But -- I have (as always) been saving your newly released videos as they've been posted. Today I gave myself a good talking to and decided this workout would likely be right for me in my current state of tension. I felt more glorious cracks and loosened tightness than I even realized I had (and I knew I had alot!). Thank you, thank you, and thank you! Honest to goodness, I've been following you for quite some time, Laura, and you are the BEST instructor I've EVER experienced in my lifetime. You are so clear and detailed in your instruction and explanation and guidance throughout the entirety of your videos. There are so many times that I don't even realize I'm not in the correct position and, at those exact times, you say something that immediately corrects me and makes a significant difference in what my body is feeling. It's truly astounding. I appreciate you so very much, Laura. (Have I thanked you lately? :)

Just what I needed today. Your videos are excellent for alternating with traditional lifting days. Way back in my undergrad days I would take a physical activity class each quarter that made me forget everything else going on and be in the moment. That's how I discovered modern dance. So often and especially with this video you take me back to that modern class and the warm ups the instructor would lead us through.

This is my favorite! It helps a lot with muscle tightness and hip mobility. My go to a couple times each week. My toes and feet are not cramping much anymore.
My first workout in almost 8 weeks after hand surgery, where I was not allowed to do much. Gave me a proper workout, heart rate went up as the unused body was working a bit. Still not allowed body weight on hand so this is a perfect workout for me to do now. Thanks so much for your workouts Lauren, it's a life saver.

Its been AWHILE and I need to get back into a routine "gently" and these moves help my balance issues as I have vertigo and possibly vestibular migraine - seeing a neurologist later this week. SOme of these were CHALLENGING but I liked it because it is doable -and at my own pace and I love the moves - I felt the stretches - and I had support of the table in case i felt dizzy - but for the most part - I was able to do these on my lunch break without too much issues. so THANK YOU! I’ve been trying to make sure I work 2 recovery days into every week. After finally making exercise a habit, I was working out 7 days a week but have been reading how in menopause, we need to allow our bodies time to recover. This was perfect, and it’s amazing how much farther I could stretch at the end of the workout! Also, love your pants in this one!😊
