I understand that the idea of low salt in the diet was postulated by doctors as a cure for high blood pressure and that there was no research to back that up. Just another example of "expert opinion" being unsupported, but universally accepted. I would really like to see a video showing the good research that supports the idea of more salt in the diet as being beneficial. Most of the videos I am seeing are just again an author stating that no, more salt is good, but I would love to see the supportive science presented. Not necessarily by you, but someone who could really put this issue to rest. Just thinking out loud here. Love your work.
