    BECAUSE NOWADAYS PEOPLE ARE USING PLASTIC CUTTING BOARD, WHICH IS VERY HARMFUL, WHEN U CUTT VEGGIES ON PLASTIC CUTTING BOARD IT ADDS MICRO PLASTIC MOLECULES IN TO YOUR FOOD, INSTEAD OF PLASTIC PLEASE USE WOODEN OR METAL CUTTING BOARD.

    Hamare yaha induction hai isliye non stick use hote hai but mene vo hata diye jis se teflon coating nikal rahi thi
    Aluminum bhi use hota hai
    Aur zyadatar me steel use karti hou dudh and all zyadatar
    Aur roti ke liye iron aur khana garam karne ke liye steel dudh and all aur bus khana banne ke liye nonstick cooker because acchi quality ka hai abb jub paise honge to change karungi steel par switch karungi

    Q. How to differentiate between raw iron and cast iron? Wish you'd mentioned brands as well!
    Q. Earthen cookwares also has some shiny polish or chemical coating over them, which you didn't mention about. Here again I wish you'd mentioned brands.

    You have turned out to be my saviour. I was confused which utensil to buy since I got to know that non stick is not good for health. Only one thing is that in stainless steel we have to put a lot of oil compared to non stick. Where will I get good stainless steel? I am in pune.

      I am using Rajesh brand stainless steel utensils. Brought from local shop. Doesn’t need much oil as they are thick. Using pan, kadhai n cooker. Posted if it helps you 😊

    Me lohe ka tawa , triply kadai aur normal steel ka bartan & cast iron kabhi kabhi use kar leti hu , no aluminum no nonstik ek bhi bartan ab nahi use karti ye dono ke ,nonstik ke opction me cast iron bilkul sahi he , mere experience se bata rahi hu triply cast iron & mitti ki handi black wali use kare , thank u shivangi ben khoob sars jankari aapi , aa vedio mara family & friends ma jarur share karis

    Cement is mixed in clay pots nowadays. Brace metal pots are to be nickel polished, steel pots are not sure of three layers coating 😊 😢 then what to do? You have given very good lecture and I have left using aluminium pots now, and using brace kadahi and steel bhagona and no cooker is used. Clay pots are good for dahi also.

    Mam stainless steel utensils are very heavy to use and clean.they use more oil and food easily sticks at bottom which is difficult to clean without causing scratches to surface which again leaches harmful chemicals in to food.

      Use brass or bronze some time.
      Then you'll know what's heavy.
      Afterall, it's the health that matters, and weight is never the top priority for cookware.

    Mam, using triply and cast iron cookware from last 3 years. But cast-iron needs proper smoking to maintain non stickiness.

    What about Hindalium? Brass requires tinning which is not available nowadays. Earlier people used to come set up their furnace and tin brass utensils. So using brass utensils is not feasible

    brass ka bartan kalai karke khana pakane me 90% nutritions ko retain rakhta hai,
    or copper me kabhi bi use nhi kiya jata khana pakane k liye,
    So safe cookware is-
    100% pure mitti k bartan (95% nutrition retain)
    Rot iron
    Kalai kiye hue non scraped brass k bartan… 👍🏻

    I prefer Meyer cookware as it has FDA approved PFOA free, lead free, cadmium free and it's stainless steel is nickel free which is the best steel globally. Even I am distributor of Meyer. I work for women empowerment too.

    I am using stainless steel mostly, but some utensils are still of aluminium like kadhai and pressure cooker.
    Iron tawa and Kadhai
    I found colloidal iron kadhai which I use occasionally no..hope its safe
    Please also guide about granite tawa for cheela,dosa..is it safe and good non stick cookware?

    Not Aluminium, Stainless STEEL is Good Cookware for Pnr. Use....
    But *मिट्टी के बर्तन* सर्वश्रेष्ठ (VERY BEST)

    If it is so bad, then why it is available in market, any metal use with acidic food will cause metal leach, not only aluminium
