Evening में सीधा डिनर कर सकते हो नहीं तो आप सत्तू का जूस, भुने हुए चने, कोई सा भी एक फल ले सकते है। 5. नाइट में आपके घर का बना हुआ खाना खाना है रोटी कम खानी है सब्जी ज्यादा खानी है आपको। नहीं तो आप सब्जी का सूप, बेसन का चीला, दो अंडे के आमलेट, कहने का मतलब है कि हल्का भोजन करना है। * Minimum 30 minut workout karna hai *15 दिन में एक बार 24 घंटे का फास्ट रखना है वो भी पानी पर, नींबू पानी बैगर चीनी का, 🥥 कॉकनेट पानी पर, जब भी आप फास्ट को ओपन करें तब आप सलाद ले लाइक खीरा, ककड़ी पत्ता गोभी, ब्रोकली, प्याज, शिमला मिर्च ऊपर से ड्राई फ्रूट डाले, चिया seeds,कद्दू के बीज, ऊपर से नारियल का तेल डाले सलाद पर,
I am already following these things to a large extent. Sometimes, I eat some foods like I ate ice cream today which has sugar. But I keep it to minimum and I try to avoid processed foods and mostly eat whole foods and do exercise. It's very easy to follow good diet and exercise if you make proper informed decision repeatedly so that it becomes a habit.

When you are conscious, you will not over eat. Very important said by Shivangi Desai Mam.
Eat fermented rice. Soak leftover rice in water overnight. Add curd and eat it with lunch. Even a small vati will help.
