    1- dont use antibiotics as if possible.
    2- use sugar in very less quantity or if possible only on occasions
    3- no packaged foods & no mainda (increases inflammation)
    4- be aware of overeating
    5- eating too fast
    6- best friend of gut - fibre (fruits, salad, nuts, whole grains)
    7- omega 3 fatty acids rich foods

    स्वास्थ्य के विषय मे मानसिक रूप से अत्यंत संवेदनशील होना भी एक प्रकार की ऐसी मॉनसिक बीमारी है, जिसे कोई मॉनसिक बीमारी मानेगा ही नही। साधारण जीवन, चिंतारहित जीवन से बढ़कर दुनिया मे कोई स्वास्थ्य विज्ञान नही है। हजारो प्रमाण, धरती पर हमारे आस पास है। दुनिया मे सबसे कठिन है- सरल होना ।

    1. सुबह खाली पेट एक गिलास पानी में नींबू और पिंक साल्ट और apple cider vinegar डालकर पिए
    2. इसके 30 मिनट के बाद चाय पी सकते हो आप बगैर दूध वाली। अगर आपको चाय पीनी है तो आपको उसमें दूध नहीं डालना काली चाय पी सकते हो नही तो आप चाय छोड़ सकते हो। सीदा breakfast (नाश्ता) कर सकते हो।
    3. ब्रेकफास्ट में आप इडली डोसा, सांभर, कोई सा भी फल, eggs, dry fruits, salad 🥗, पोहा, बेसन का चीला आदि ले सकते है। खाने का मतलब है कि आपको हेल्दी ब्रेकफास्ट करना है ना कि आलू का पराठा, समोसा -कचोरी, छोले भटूरे, छोले कुलचे।
    3. लंच में आपको घर का बना हुआ खाना खाना है साथ में 200gm-300gm सलाद 🥗 लेना है साथ में थोड़ा सा दही और छाछ ले सकते हैं.
    4. Evening में सीधा डिनर कर सकते हो नहीं तो आप सत्तू का जूस, भुने हुए चने, कोई सा भी एक फल ले सकते है।
    5. नाइट में आपके घर का बना हुआ खाना खाना है रोटी कम खानी है सब्जी ज्यादा खानी है आपको। नहीं तो आप सब्जी का सूप, बेसन का चीला, दो अंडे के आमलेट, कहने का मतलब है कि हल्का भोजन करना है।
    * Minimum 30 minut workout karna hai
    *15 दिन में एक बार 24 घंटे का फास्ट रखना है वो भी पानी पर, नींबू पानी बैगर चीनी का, 🥥 कॉकनेट पानी पर,
    जब भी आप फास्ट को ओपन करें तब आप सलाद ले लाइक खीरा, ककड़ी पत्ता गोभी, ब्रोकली, प्याज, शिमला मिर्च ऊपर से ड्राई फ्रूट डाले, चिया seeds,कद्दू के बीज, ऊपर से नारियल का तेल डाले सलाद पर,

    Eat fermented rice. Soak leftover rice in water overnight. Add curd and eat it with lunch. Even a small vati will help.

    I am already following these things to a large extent. Sometimes, I eat some foods like I ate ice cream today which has sugar. But I keep it to minimum and I try to avoid processed foods and mostly eat whole foods and do exercise.
    It's very easy to follow good diet and exercise if you make proper informed decision repeatedly so that it becomes a habit.

    Har din Dono time ek ek cup tea peete h aur do time khana khate h hm.Wo bhi kbhi kbhi hee pet bhar kr khate h.Control kr lete h khud ko.Aur raat k khane k baad next day 16 hours ho jane k bad hee khana khate h.

    Very nicely explained by you.
    We are tempted to deep fried Chaat,samosa, kachori, Pakode but we try to avoid as much as possible.
    When I eat Samosa or kachori, i take little and compliment them with Daal chawal and lot of aubzi.
    It gives us sense of balanced

    I am from USA pleased to learn your health tips,I shall be lucky enough if you guide me as to my wife and myself about 73 yrs enjoying good health ,we do not eat after 8pm and then take black tea without sugar at 8.30 am and then milk tea without sugar at 10 am with two sweet biscuits each and brunch at 1 pm,we are tetotaller and vegetarian ( even do not take eggs.) please guide as if we are at right path .We take blood pressure tablets of low potency having fasting blood sugar level at 110 to 120. Your advice is very much excellent and appreciable.excellsior
