    TUDCA + 48 hour water fasting (plus a high-fat, very low carb, zero plant oils, carnivore diet) reversed my fatty liver and gallbladder sludge.

      @@KickItNaturally I did a 48 hour water fast (with TUDCA and sugarless electrolytes in my water) once every 2 weeks for 3 months and followed a strict very low-carb carnivore diet (mostly fatty beef striploin, fatty chicken quarters and thighs, aged cheese, pickles (in brine, not vinegar), olives in brine, and a bit of romaine lettuce. I've stuck to the diet and no longer have a fatty disease and gallbladder sludge. Now i do one 48 hour water fast per month.

      @@CynthiaArmstrong7 I'd look into his fasting and videos on diet.. keto and carnivore, first before doing. I've been low carb, keto, and carnivore for years. He goes over how with some people it can cause them problems.. or how it works initially at reducing symptoms or alleviating them, but may end up making things worse for a few long term. And how to rectify it if that happens.

    Dude! I am so happy to have found your videos! I have been trying to do carnivore to reduce insulin insensitivity and inflammation but still have powerful cravings for sweets. Illuminating the functional interplay between the stomach, duodenum, liver, and gall bladder has answered some questions about my ibs and sometimes off-color stools. Also, your discussions has made me suspicious of bacterial overgrowth that is causing problems such as toenail fungus.
    Thank you for sharing your information in such a down to earth and understandable way.

      We have a lot of videos that talk about constipation and things like that, but with a lot of symptoms like that, your best bet could be to go through our totally free digestion course because that will walk you through figuring out which aspects of digestion are not working correctly and what steps will help you the most. You can find that free course here: kickitnaturally.com/course

    Hi TC, how do we increase progesterone naturally? Estrogen is higher than Progesterone but even so my Estrogen is not high for 50 yrs old. I think i have bile issues as you mention and taking oxbile as suggested from your course. Im trying to avoid BIHRT. I have been keto/carnivore/low carb for 10 years. Upping the fats definitely highlighted my pain in liver area. No alcohol for 18 years, what has caused my fatty liver? Btw. No gallbladder for 12 years. Pain started 1 yr ago.

    Hey tc. Tried beet flow for a while. Didnt really get any results from it. Wife and i started coffee enemas. Stool became much darker and started sinking to the bottom. Wife also had a lot of parasites and candida come out gross im sorry. Weird thing though. Last coffee enema i did gave me ammonia breath the next couple days . What causes ammonia breath? Is it an overworked liver which causes overworked kidneys that cant filter out all the urea so it comes through your breath?

    • @KickItNaturally
      @KickItNaturally  Рік тому +3

      It's common for someone to have bile backed up so bad that they need to do more than simply use beet flow for a while. This video explains how to combine flushes with enemas to get the best results: ua-cam.com/video/9eVxqTMu14s/v-deo.html

    I'd been on the "no seed oils" bandwagon since 2009, but have recently been hearing that PUFAs actually lower CVD risk whereas SFA increase CVD risk. The part about SFA we've been hearing for years, but not everyone was believing it.
    My "no seed oils" decision was based on Mark Sisson's Primal Blueprint book, if I recall correctly. I realize now that I read and accepted a lot of things without much or any scrutiny. These days, I feel like I've overcorrected and don't believe anything, especially given how things have gone over the past several years.
    Anyway, this is one of several sources that started me questioning the purported harms of PUFAs:
