@@ahmedakhan5114 When you are running more than 15 miles you can take a teaspoon of honey.
Thank you Dr Berry!

Fatty liver is no joke! My brother just died from this because he didn’t take it seriously...his fatty liver progressed to severe cirrhosis and he dropped dead from liver failure and my heart is broken...please take this seriously people!

I'm so sorry!
Followed your advice. Did not have NAFLD, but dropped my A1C from 6.1 to 5.0, lost 35 lbs, 5” off my waist, improved the details of cholesterol. Insulin went from 23 to 4. My 71-year-old active self is thankful for you!
Great, I did the same thing
Bravo. great job.
I worried now. I just found out I have atty liver an enlarged spleen
@@theresastressman147you don't need the spleen tbh but now is the time to reverse it
I've been doing all these things for 7.5 months and am down a whopping 90 lbs. I'll never look back, that's for sure! Never thought I could live without sugar and grains, but I CAN and I WILL!
Inspirational 🤩🤩
Good for you, very inspiring testimony
Do you use anything (sugar) at all?
@@mailimom0038 I eat some 90% or above dark chocolate most days, just a couple of squares after a meal, but hope to get completely free of it one of these days. Still, I lost 110 lbs. in a year and have been maintaining my weight since then (June). I need to lose a little more and probably won't unless I give up that last bit of sugar, though. Thankfully, I am no longer diabetic. A1C was 5.4 a couple of weeks ago.
Can you give me a jist of the meals you eat because I just found out I have fatty liver and I'm doing a lot of diet changes
I reversed my Fatty Liver, asthma, acid reflux, water retention, and gallbladder attacks eating keto over 2years. 92 pounds lighter

At least one of my meds is metabolized in the liver…I need to ask my doc re this.
I’ll also check out your other videos.
Doc, ty.
Perfect outline 💫
So, no Tylenol at all? But what if a person has arthritis, dealing with pain from gallbladder stones and also has NAFLD?
@@ts-maddog4639 I’d ask your doc re Tylenol for you. I do understand your pain.. I had my gallbladder out - [the big cut surgery]. Couldn’t wait for laparoscopic as the tool was being shared by several hospitals then. 2 attacks were enough for me. I imagine like I’d been shot on the stomach. Hope you’re feeling better…
Most meds are metabolized through the liver (CYP450). Tamiflu apparently nearly took my life, so you might want to add that and NSAIDs/Tylenol to your "NO" list.
@@ts-maddog4639ask your doctor about Buprenorphine or oxycodone. Despite the issues with them re:addiction for some, these may be safer than other meds, for some people, yet are rarely given for arthritis. This is the problem with politicization and abuse of medications. NSAIDS are liver damaging, too.
Whatever you do, be careful and weigh your risks.
I was diagnosed with fatty liver after having major surgery. The Doctor came out after the surgery was complete and asked my husband if I was a drinker. He look confused and said no. My doctor proceeded to show my husband a picture of my liver. Thank you Doctor Berry, I am on board and will start this Keto diet.
I hope you're getting well Linda! Would you mind taking a few minutes to share what you've done and how you're progressing? Thoughts, prayers, and hope for your health.
My daughter just went through a liver transplant on April 6. Alcoholic Hepatitis. Her meld score was 37 at time of surgery. I’ve become more in tune with liver health. Thank you for this information and advice.
I reversed my fatty liver disease by simple changes to my diet. I didn’t “diet”. What I did I do? I did this: go from 3 meals a day to 2 meals a day, drink more water and hardly any soda or sweet tea ( a killer for me 😂), reduced carbs, and eliminated sugary desserts. Nothing drastic or super difficult. Minor but firm changes. Results - liver is great, triglycerides great, cholesterol great, blood pressure and blood sugar great, and down from 270 to 220lbs. My body fat has gone from 30 plus to around 12%. I’ve recently added a little cardio exercise. My goal is single digit body fat. I’m getting closer to looking like I did when I was a young buck! Best to all of you. You can do it!
You still ate grains? That's the killer for me. I can eat nothing easier than I can eat with no grains. But then there's bile diarrhea, which is what brought me to looking at the liver.
I was diagnosed with NAFLD two years ago and wasn’t told anything more by my doctor. So glad I saw this video and will now be making major changes. Thank you!
I was too. Nothing about how to fix it. Most Dr's today are more in for the money than actually helping the patient's get better.
Jessica and Connie: I know, me too. The doctors hardly talk to us these days. I read that they are paid not to share information with us. We have to figure it out for ourselves.
@@anonymousjohnson976 2 years ago I was diagnosed with kidney cancer. I lost my kidney, and I was at the dr's and was handed my paperwork, I looked at and I saw that I also have stage 3 kidney disease. Not once has this been discussed with me. We as the patient has got to start asking questions and looking at OUR RECORD'S we have a right to them; because it's obvious that the dr's are not doing it.
Connie: Yes, that's right. Why do you think they do this? I'm so disgusted with my physicians, but I cannot afford to go elsewhere due to the HMO insurance I have.
@@anonymousjohnson976 they either just overlook it or just don't care. The last 2 dr's I had were pompous asses. It's also about keeping us sick. I say that because just about every script your written they all get major kick backs. Think about how many times have you looked up your medication and found that it has a slew of side effects; so not you need medication for you side effects and on and on. It's sad but I truly believe that we are all being killed off slowly. Just my thoughts hun.
Thank you son. Just made my day 😢. Not been diagnosed, not overweight... but drinking too much over the years. My body is asking me to stop.
Thanks, Doc. From Scotland
If your body is asking you to stop, please heed it's call. One of the wisest things a doctor said to me recently was "If you don't deal with your wellness now, you will be forced to deal with your illness later" Please don't make the mistake of ignoring the warnings now and think nah, I'm doing okay even if things are a bit wonky. There comes a point where things are suddenly not okay, and it's too late to do anything about it. And that time comes quickly.
I drink too much

I am floored. I have had this for years and none of my GI or GP docs ever mentioned anything. I happened to see it on a CT scan again this week after U.C. diagnosis at the hospital. I don’t understand why I wasn’t given this info years ago. Thank you Dr. Berry! I now need to watch the diet video.
Same thing happened to me. It showed up on CT scan but wasn't even told. Only reason I know was because I went into my records
Dr Berry CONGRATULATIONS on the birth of your son... and to the Mrs. Also blessing to you all.
"Eating fat does not make you fat" THANK YOU for saying what no one else seems to admit!
@Linda Linguistics Exactly. Carbs don't make you fat either, if you keep your calories in check. I got so tired of this debate I conducted the experiment on my self over the course of a year. I won't go into the details but from my experience, its the calorie balance.
I have lost 30 pounds by consuming less carioles
@@ComputerTech95 congratulations! Yes, it's a very simple equation really.
Linda Linguistics luuiuuuuuuu
It's been known for over 40 years, just not generally accepted.
I think you carnivore doctors have saved my life. I had a herniated liver, pretty rare apparently. I was told what you stated from the doctors(I have a cupboard full of seed oils) and nothing seemed to change, it actually got worse. I have been 99% carnivore for merely two weeks now and I already feel better. Not only that, but the arthritis in my hands is gone too!
God bless you guys.
I’ve been diagnosed with NAFLD and struggle with fatigue daily. I’ve been doing this all wrong! I think this video is about to save my life. Thank you!!!
Me too. I was drinking sugar free Gatorade , wasn't staying away from grains and sugar is very hard to never have especially since I was diagnosed with hypoglycemia. Yet I am changing everything now and will only consume WATER , no grains , use olive oil or butter to cook with and eat very healthy because it's been a bad back and fatigue that's been holding me in limbo.
Tanx doc GOD BLESS YOU 13:30
@@BMF0187yes I have fatty liver. Recently drank a Powerade and didn't know even Powerade has high fructose corn syrup which can alone cause fatty liver. Ugh how frustrating
As a childbirth educator of 33 years in the Bradley method , I can testify that this man knows his information! Good job Ken Berry!
Thank you Dr. Berry. I just listened to this, again, and I just now shared it. I hope some of my friends will follow as well.
I was told while in the army at
22 y/o that I had a fatty liver. In my early 30’s (life after the army) I was told that I had a fatty liver. Now that I’m 50 something, the VA doctors tell me that I have a fatty liver. ALL this time no one has talked to me about what to do about it. I have asked all my doctors over the years and they all said there is nothing I could do.
My primary physician told me I had fatty liver (non-alcoholic). I asked what do to about it and he simply said, don't drink alcohol, and don't take Tylenol. Never mentioned diet at all.
I have a fatty liver and was just told to lose weight, like I WANT to be fat!
Fucking arseholes.
@geod3589 I was told not to drink, and I didn't. Doctors don't know much of anything, it seems, about prevention. I generally eat well, too, yet I did lean towards a diet like this. An ER gave me Tamiflu, and a couple of weeks later, I was in the hospital very ill, being told I needed a liver transplant. It nearly ended my life. Still nothing from my doctors re:prevention and I still feel horrible.
@@CarolReidCA Docs today basically pill pushers and don't investigate causes of sicknesses.
I have been following this for two weeks, avoiding these 5 foods foods and as a direct result I have lost 6kgs. It works! I haven't done much exercise either and yet I feel great.
Started this way of life around a month ago after being over weight and consultant putting me on liver reduction diet to have my gall bladder out for 2 weeks. 4 diet low fat yogs a fat, and 2 low cal soups.... I lost weight but oh my goodness I felt so unwell. I then saw Dr B's videos and they have changed my life. My whole family is not doing kwto/low carb and I amd spreading the the word to my friends who also doing it. I feel sooo well, full of energy and at last a diet that is easy and can stick to!!! Thank you! Your videos and work are life changing. Love from the UK.
I started keto on September 14th of this year. I have lost 32 pounds in 15 weeks. I bike 5 to 6 times a week for 1 hour to 1 1/2 hour. My blood pressure was 130 over 80 when I started and now it's 114 over 68. I feel incredible now, better that I have in 25 years. My waist has gone from 38 to a 35 inch waist. My wife has really made this happen for me because she loves to cook good keto for me. I am 60 years old this May.
Dang Robert wonderful!

hi.. can u help me suggest some delicious food for keto diet... what i observe that keto diet very boring and unpleasent flavors.
It all catches up
Whenever I see keto things I get all excited for my carb issues, but then I see most have ridiculous amounts of sodium.
Thank you Dr. Berry. I've needed these videos. I have been diagnosed with Stage 4 liver cirrhosis. I have been doing what you say and I'm feeling better. I also meditate daily telling my body that I am healed.
Praying you heal. 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻💖💖💖
@Betty Candelaria how old are you?
Hope you get well soon.
Seek Jesus He is the Healer!
Just had my liver looked at by ultrasound this morning. he was like definitely fatty liver. I go in this afternoon to get told the same by my Dr I bet. I got blood work done last week to get me to this point and I had a pretty good idea of what it was. So I've already started revering my diet. I'm going to get everything back in check asap!
My cousin told me she was diagnosed with non alcoholic cirrhosis of the liver and i knew she was quite overweight, but not morbidly obese. So, when you said, "You'll never hear about the from your PCP, you're so right because I asked her if her PCP ever talked to her about her weight, her lifestyle choices, etc and she said"no". People, we all need to turn to taking care of ourselves and watching videos like this because you can best believe your doc isn't going to advise.
I really appreciate these doctors who recognize it's not all about pharmaceuticals and have basically turned their backs on traditional medicine techniques
@1sweetsexyflava
. . . & anyone else who cares to listen:
Understand that BIg Health Care (HMOs like Kaiser Permanente) are just like Big Pharma. They're industries out to make all the money they can. That's what being in business is all about.
If they don't prescribe all those pills, tests, and procedures, etc., they'll go bankrupt & out of business.
Keeping you sick, medicated, hospitalized & coming back for more is how they stsy in business.
There is no profit for them if they explain to patients that by making changes to their diet, exercising, avoiding toxins, they can avoid or reverse their aches & pains, swelling, fatigue, shortness of breath due to chronic diseases & disorders like Diabetes, heart disease, fatty liver, autoimmune disorders, cancers, etc.
The food industry is yet another business out there to make money, as are the greedy politicians who are supposed to regulate them & protect us.
The folks who make it into gov't roles are bought & paid for by ALL of these businesses, corporations & industries by way of campaign donations and other monetary incentives. They get them into positions of authority & power and are repaid by being allowed to continue doing what they're doing - making money off of the uninformed public: you and me.
Don't put all the blame on your doctors. They work hard at their jobs, hoping for promotions & raises, just like anyone else. It's the huge employers that dictates their training and their job descriptions, i.e., prescribe this drug and that treatment for this ache, pain, condition, concern or complaint.
If you think about cigarettes, how is it even still legal to manufacture & sell this carcinogenic, poisonous, deadly product? Because of the same process I just described: The big tobacco companies have enough money to buy the votes of our policy makers who will see to it that they can stay in business.
It's not hard to see that greed & corruption are the only way this is allowed to continue.
Not so easy to see in the medical industry as is in the glaring example of tobacco, but it's all the same, and all about the almighty dollar. Don't kid yourself.
Be discerning. Inform yourself as best you can so that you can make sound decisions.
The first & best decision you can make is to take charge of your health EVERYDAY. It's YOUR choice, your diet, your lifestyle. Don't leave the outcome to someone else.
Que dois je mangé

I haven't heard these 5 items before but , I actually instinctively knew them all and have eliminated most 95% . I need to do this !! Thanks much Dr.
Thank you Dr. BERRY for your awesome videos. Ive been keto 4 years, pretty dang strick. At 58, feel amazing... lts very sad that we are lied to so much about our health. I intend on spreading the good word about low carb as much as l can. I was 100lbs over weight from my mid 20s until mid 50s..., and have lost 70+.lbs... Yes l still struggle with things, but my energy level has been out the roof. (At 58, l built a 12 x 16 she shed, very little help, tho my hubby was bitting at the bit!) All those years, coming home from work and laying on the couch, out of energy, depressed, eating garbage.
Anyway, thank you again. So good to know you are working for the good of the people. P.s. I'm in N.Jville, we miss you around here.
I dont know any receipts .I dont know what to eat.from fatty liver i get too bloaded.i need some help.please somebody give me advise.ghank you.
I have been following the keto plan for 6 months and I had no clue it would reverse fatty liver. Thank you for this USEFUL information!,
Over the past three months I have lost my husband and brother to fl disease. No doctor ever explained this to us. Thank you for your insight!
Condoleances for your loss.
Drs rather prescribe statines and meds to loose exces of fluid build up. It is the healthcaresystem that is wrong: for dietary advice they get nothing but the above medications are imbedded in the insuranceprotocols. Healthcare became a monetary thing.
Sorry for your loss.
Two loved ones in 3 months!! How tragic. I was told I had FL and not given and info. on diet. I went to a dietitian and asked her what I should eat and avoid. Seven months later my liver was normal. Doctors are stupid when it comes to our diets.
In 2015 I found out that I not only had Fatty Liver, Nash, and Stage 4 cirrhosis all at the sametime. Most of my liver was covered by cirrhosis. This was so advanced that there was very little time to turn the tide. I ended up in 2017 being in liver failure and was put on the transplant list. In 2018 I was transplanted. I am now a physical mess. If you have NASH, NAFLD, or fatty liver take it VERY seriously!
How are you doing today
How did you feel then and now?
Easy to get raid from early stage. I removed mine.
How ?
Eating vegetables is the answer.

Most, concise and to the point video I've seen in a long time.
Dr Fung! Check him out too he's figured it out!
I am diagnosed with nonalcoholic fatty liver. I tried intermittent diet. But have not avoided those five things mentioned by Dr.Ken. Thank you for doing this video.
Did IF work?
And?
And ?
Same here . I went onto intermittent fasting but without cutting the sugars in the form of coffee / tea in the day time during fasting hours . That is not good as this leads to the sugars going straight to the liver as fatty liver accumulation . The body stores the sugars quicker when you are fasting .
So the first thing is to quit sugars in all
Was diagnosed this past year and was never told what to do to help thank you so much
Thank you Doc. I started Ketogenic/Carnivore WOE 4 months ago, I was diagnosed with fatty liver about 10 months ago. My last visit they checked my blood work and said I no longer had fatty liver. You and this WOE changed my life. I can’t thank you and this great community enough!

I also got rid of my NAFLD just by doing low carb with IF. It took me about 11 months to get rid of it. The icing on the cake was I also lose weight (30 lbs) and 3 inches down on my waistline.

Very glad I found this channel. He is 100% correct. I recommend watching his skin tag video as well. I am speaking only of my own experience here, but I snack. Not a lot, but when I do it's usually slices of salami, pepperoni, or the like. Never ever potato chips or a candy bar or any of that stuff. As someone who drank far too much soda, and fruit juices, I can tell you, if you are skeptical about what he says, don't be. The change in your physical state, mental state, and general existence is so vastly improved by cutting out especially sugar, and double especially high fructose corn syrup is unbelievable. I am a total and complete believer

In a nutshell, he said...........................
1. Avoid sugar in all of its forms.
2. Give up soft drinks.
3. Avoid fruit and fruit juices. (An occasional piece of fruit is ok.)
4. Avoid all grains. (Wheat, corn, millet, amaranth, oats etc...)
5. Avoid industrial seed oils. (Canola, Soybean, Sunflower, Safflower, Peanut, Cottonseed are the major offenders)
Use coconut, tallow, avocado oil, olive oil, lard and butter as they are better options.
BONUS TIP: Stop snacking. Eat 1,2, or 3 discrete meals and nothing to eat in between. 🍴🥓🥚🧀🍗🥩🍤🥥🧂🥑🍴

My mom has horrible restless legs syndrome. Wonder if carnivore can help her!
I am regretting that I did not see this two years ago!. I have a large midriff, swollen feet and ankles, hypertension, in fact all of the things that point to metabolic syndrome and fatty liver. Four weeks ago I came off sugars, grains and soft drinks - only using olive oil. Since then I have noticed definite improvements in mobility, and aches and pains have subsided. I feel better already. Started on green tea and use inulin and husk fibre which I drink each day and this is keeping me regular. I should have known all this years ago but remember as a child eating honey sweets and then getting a terrible migraine headache!. So always have been poor at ingesting sugar. I am not going back.

"enlarged liver". Cautioned by that particular doc to be aware of it, but never
instructed to modify my diet beyond no alcohol. I was never much of a
drinker beyond a few months in college - have probably consumed no more
than a gallon of alcoholic beverage IN MY LIFE (this was long before my fatty
liver diagnosis) . Many years later I saw a gastroenterologist who, instead of
recognizing my ascites proclaimed that I was "just fat". The second Gastro
doc could not make a diagnosis even after a needle biopsy of the liver. The
third Gastro doc mentioned my high ammonia on my very first visit - "that is
why you have brain fogs" he said. Having not told him about the fogs I
immediately realized I was in the right place. He referred me to Emory as a
transplant candidate.
Within a year of my first Emory visit I was there for one day of tests and one day of interviews, still not on the transplant list due to low MELS. My blood work from day one was so bad I was instructed to check into the hospital "immediately". Before nightfall I had fallen into a coma from acute liver failure. Within a few weeks I received a liver transplant. Analysis of my old liver revealed no concrete reason for the failure - "idiopathic" failure. I now live a near normal life
thanks to all my "Emory Angels". Had I seen your videos when I only had an
enlarged liver and behaved in the manner you recommend I may have avoided my liver failure and transplant!
.
What a story! My Lord, you’ve been through some kind of hell! Glad you now know how to care for your new liver. I had slightly elevated liver enzymes that are now low-normal. And I lost around 6 inches around my midriff within 3 months on a ketogenic diet. I was on my way to where you were. But I got the information I needed in time. Best of luck to you and thanks for helping to spread the word.
@@Mrs.TJTaylor sounds like you are poised to reverse the damage! Stay after it, and you probably shall.I can guarantee you that if you do it will be a much better solution than transplant. While I am absolutely grateful for my transplant, it is a solution that carries life-long complications.
Thank you so much for helping me get back on track.
Love your, “Bright Ideas”. I’m following your suggestions and finally getting healthy.
Thank you so much for such a very informative presentation. Appreciate it.
Well said Dr. Ken, you are a star!!!
I love your advice. Thank you so much! You are truly a wonderful doctor.
Thanks again for your wonderful family
Thank you soo much for the information, I’m still trying to learn about fatty liver
I reversed my fatty liver following a keto diet; however losing the weight was the most important factor in helping that FL go away for me. I also workout 6days a week. diet-healthy weight-exercise all have to come together for best results.
Exercise builds muscles and endurance, not eats up fat. Thats the cals in, cals out theory. And it doesnt work.
Ive lost 55# without doing more than rare walking.
Exercise is great when its an activity you enjoy...a basketball game, tennis, kayaking, hiking, raking leaves, tearing down walls and cabinets for a kitchen and bath rehab, rollerblading, surfing, moving your friend into their 3rd story apt. Even lifting weights for say 20-30 min, 4 dys a week, upper body one day, lower body the next, might be enjoyable for you. HIIT has some physiological value and def helps with aging issues. But exercise as burning fat, nah.
chadzwife1 I lost weight by calorie deficit simple science. Exercise absolutely helped get me there. So exercise definitely will make one lose fat IF they are in a calorie deficit. Easier way to be in a deficit is thru diet, hence the keto part. I chose high intensity exercise for the cardiovascular benefits (my cardiologist concurs) & because it burns more calories that just walking. Not only have I lost fat, but gained muscle (so now I’m stronger & burn even more calories at rest), but no more fatty liver, high BP, & high cholesterol. Congrats to you on losing pounds as well.

science-most definitely, but its not physics, it PHYSIOLOGY. Cals in, cals out is simply not true.
That's funny... I lost 110 pounds in a year without caloric deficit dieting nor did I do cardio... I only utilized intense training training techniques and bodybuilding exercises. I was utilizing a traditional bodybuilding diet and was eating well in excess of my Bmr. Taining days I was eating between 4000-5000 calories. The two days I did not train I would eat 2500-3000 calories.
I have also lost 60 pounds in 3 months from only strictly dieting. No cardio or weight training. Super low carb diet which was almost a carnivore diet. Mostly red meat.
The point is you can most definitely lose weight with exercise alone... Or diet alone. But it's best to combine them.
The best video I’ve watched so far . Thank you doctor I will do all that you say . I’ve never been a drinker but will watch my food diet and exercise more .
I am glad I found your video. I just found out I have fatty liver and will be seeing a liver specialist to see where I'm at. I have cut out sodas, bread and rice, juices and snacks. I'm on the right path. Praying I can do this for the long run.
Thank You Dr. Berry for all that you do, and going the extra mile always to bring us the truth! I am definitely sharing your videos. :) Congratulations to You and your Wife! ! GOD Bless You Both! !

I just love his speech.Too much carb put burden on the liver.i never knew until I kept listening to him.i practiced and now my liver is health than ever
Most MDs know nothing about nutrition
I was diagnosed with Fatty Liver Changes in December 2021. I found out that the Omega 3-6 my doctor prescribed caused it. I immediately stopped taking the tablets. I started excersisinge more, lost some weight and feeling much better. I am still taking a very smalll glass of apple juice in the mornings - that I now have to stop, as well as avoiding sweetener tablets, wheat, rice etc. Thank you doctor for all your good advice. I really appreciate it. I'm going to do my best to improve my health. (I am 77 years old and I don't think I need all the wrongs in my diet)
Thank you for your information look forward for next video Dr Berry

Was diagnosed w/ Fatty liver February 2019.
Your videos and Dr. Berg's have been life savers. Primary doctors and GI Docs seem so ignorant on how to reverse this.
I've lost 40lbs my skin has cleared from acne. I'm not exhausted anymore. I sleep all night without needing to to bathroom 3-4 times.
I exercise 4-5 days a week min. 45 minutes.....so much more has changed for the better.
You've helped turn my life around for the positive.

Congrats to you both! My husband is overweight. I have fatty liver. I've been changing my eating habits. I'm quite sad bc he has no intention of eating healthily. I'm so jealous of you 2!! Lol
I love meats all kinds but I can’t go on more than 2 days eating meats and fats only! I miss my fresh fruits and salads so much.
I wish there were more doctors like you out there…
Ditto! It’s really hard to find a good doctor. Most I found don’t care! Truth
This was so great & helpful. Thank you.

This is so true! Diagnosed with fatty liver. I'm off sugar , bread , fruit, soft drinks etc.. my liver enzymes are normal. Thank you for teaching what the medical community will not disclose. I feel SO much better!

As well as a NAFLD, I suffer from Crohns and Coeliac disease, both of which are controlled by diet. I cannot eat, wheat, oats barely or rye.. My diet is also gluten free. Nor can I eat any kind of dairy products, including chocolate. Nor eggs or fish. I react badly to all of these foods. I bought a keto diet cook book to help my liver and much to my dismay most recipes used eggs or cheese and other dairy products. So binned the book. Where do I go from here. I am 79 now and the pain in my side, from my liver is getting worse. Any ideas anyone? 🤔🤔😩😩😩
What did you eat then?
Dr. Berry, I would love to shake your hand --outstanding information ... many thanks
Just started carnivore diet have Crohn’s and primary sclerosing cholangitis hoping I can get on top of the PSC. Your videos are definitely part of the reason I started down this path.
I reversed my fatty liver and diabetes using knowledge gained from your videos. Thanks.
I'm so happy for u..How long did it tour take u to adjust?
@@jennifermirelez6346 not sure it was 6 months between tests. As far as lifestyle It was learning new ways of cooking when I wanted some of the things I missed like tortillas, bread, etc. Most of the time I keep it simple. Meat and cruciferous veggies. No starch.
Excellent teaching for Liver Health. Thank you for sharing,.
Thank God for this video…I got diagnosed with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease a few months ago
Thank you for being you...finally a physician who cares!
Bang on the Button. Brilliant advice!!
Love your videos and your honest approach! I’ve learned so much and appreciate that you take the time to research every topic. Started the carnivore diet back in September and love it! Went from pre-diabetic to normal in a short span of time!
Do you eat chicken too?
