@@KickItNaturally I have problems with gas and loose/light colored stool and I've long suspected that I don't process my food intake well. However, I had an ultrasound of my GB and they said that there weren't any stones or anything like that, but rather that I had a SMALL GB. What was left out was, what to do about that. I do know that wheat and grains sets me off, however I cannot discern what else might be affecting me. How might a small GB contribute to lower GI issues?
@@KickItNaturally I'm dense, but I finally realized what happened. Before knowing this, I was puzzled, because I had thought he was mostly helping people with digestive and physical health issues, and that perhaps he didn't practice what he preached. I've discovered that personality types have a lot to do with this kind of thing (not what you see on YT--that's mostly nonsense). He had a behavioral "function" (an aspect that directs inclinations of behaviors) called introverted feeling (Fi) which is hard to understand even by those who have it. It's basically inner turmoil, turbulence, struggle. People with it may describe unexplained anger or pain or depression. These are also people with identity issues--or have issues with meaning and purpose in life. Yes, "clinical depression" may have roots in physiological causes, but those causes will manifest differently in different personality types. And going further, what originally led to those causes could conceivably be the result of the behavioral function in the first place. It can be worked out, but you can't change or cancel these functions--they are wired in you from birth--and the person will carry the burden in some way until the end. Often times, as an outsider, you'll never know.
Beet greens are supposed to be high in oxalates. Wouldn’t it be better for me to avoid beet greens supplements with kidney stones and Stage 3 chronic kidney disease?
How is urinary Urobilinogen a marker for poor bile flow? Isn’t this a byproduct of bile acid breakdown by bacteria? Why then would it suggest poor bile flow, when bile has to be present for bacteria to act on to make the metabolite?
I changed my diet I went two years keto a year vegan and now half a year of just grass-fed steak ,only vegan after that .i boob once a day maybe twice sometimes ,whats up with that,if i eat to much i feel bad
I’ve watched all your videos. Very helpful. My issue is steatorrhea and heavy brain fog/neurological disfunction & no stomach acid (I can take at least 25 betaine hcl pills and still feel no discomfort). I also have been taking enzymes for months. The BHCL and enzymes help a tad, but still deal with steatorrhea and heavy brain fog. Tried carnivore for 10 day but only dealt with diarrhea and my steatorrhea got much worse. Probiotics and veggies seem to make me constipated and make the brain fog worse. I’m now incorporating bile salts (just started) and ordered the beet flow flush and the oh test strips. Really hoping this will help. Do you happen to have any videos that focus on steatorrhea and brain fog? This is extremely debilitating and definitely lowering my quality of life :/ Looking for light at the end of the tunnel. Thanks for all the content!
HI @Justin Kappel, I don't have any videos on steatorrhea , but I just added that to my list to cover in upcoming videos. But to me, this is a huge sign of poor bile flow and if you watch this video about absorbing fat soluble vitamins, you'll see that the lack of nutrients getting assimiliated could easily create brain fog type issues. ua-cam.com/video/H2vlBQ32UgI/v-deo.html Ordering the testing equipment will help, but it sounds like getting real aggressive at thinning out bile could be huge. Ox bile COULD help digest fats with that meal, but you really could benefit from taking the aggressive steps we talk about here to get bile moving naturally: ua-cam.com/video/4H6ZTLf6sYU/v-deo.html You might also need to make sure you correct the things that can thicken up bile so you're not working against yourself like we talk about in this video: ua-cam.com/video/PjL-0HYGLYQ/v-deo.html Definitely keep us posted.
I've got the same issues bro... Just started taking Fen Cho with Bile Salts and immediately noticed better flow but my Liver and Gallbladder feel full so we'll see how that turns out. I'll try those Beet tops as well 😁
How much salt do you consume? Important electrolytes in salt that help with brain function, stomach acid, etc. edit - you want to be sure to use a salt like Himalayan or Redmond Real Salt, not white table salt.
@@w1975b Grey celtic sea salt is much better than mined Salts like Himalayan and Redmonds. You should check out Darko Velcek's self healers protocol. Drinking salt water has really helped me
Hi Megan, the only thing we've seen work well is Beta Food from Standard Process, but you can only get that from a doctor or chiropractor who has access. And you need to take about 6-8 of those per meal instead of 2-3 Beet Flow because they're very small.
The sizzle is a natural part of human physiology and should be there. We view excessive gas as a result of poor bile flow and once clients improve their bile flow the gas will normally go down.
Hi this message is to all, don't do the olive oil and lemon to expel gallstones before you thin your bile if not you can get a serious gallstone blockage. this happen to me.
I’m 33 and was told my gallbladder is functioning at 33% because bile isn’t flowing. They want to remove it. But I’ll be taking care of this holistically
@@iam4600 well, I was told that it’s the gallbladder itself not contracting. No signs of stones or sludge from the ultrasound. He said my wall is basically diseased. Which idk how they even know that. Anyways, so far I’m consuming mahi , cauliflower mash, a green shake that uses green foods that get the bile flowing, lots of healthy fats. Taking ACV in the am and tudca on an empty stomach….beet flow and dr.bergs gallbladder formula… I’m a CrossFit athlete and never get sick. Main symptoms are always being bloated, some gallbladder discomfort and never lose or gain weight no matter what I do/eat. and very rare painful diarrhea attacks. Similar to when they inject you with that stuff from the Hida scan. Otherwise I’m good, lol. so I won’t be getting it removed.
@@KickItNaturally they said my gb is at 11 but i want to save it.....gonna try betaine hcl digestive enzymes with some tudca...........what do you think?
Excellent introduction and set up to this video. Very well presented, etc. Then at 7:34 , he starts to list the 5 things we can do to help thin the Bile and get it flowing better.
yeah...but my choline requirement per my genetics is 8 eggs a day or the equivalent. That means rda for women is 450 mg and my requirement is roughly 1025 mg!!!
I'm impressed that you mention choline not being for everyone. I can't tolerate choline, phosphytidylcholine or lecithin. I've tried to take them many times but they makes me ill. Now I know that's a thing and will look into it. Thank you so much.
I ordered the beet flow and the HCL. I found out later that the Beet Flow is high in oxalates. Interestingly, I had a drink of chamomile tea, vinegar, lemon juice, and cinnamon and it stopped my diarrhea. It is the first time I had a normal stool in 9 months.
The high oxalate foods are a problem for people who don't have good bile flow and the body cannot excrete things the way it wants to. So we find that for people who are running in horror from oxalates, if they just improve bile flow and digestion, all the sudden they don't seem to have a problem with oxalates.
@@KickItNaturally I am going to use the products, but I would like to know if I should take 1 beetflow per meal, before, after, or during, and if I should start the HCL product at the same time and how much and how often. I eat a ketovore diet, mostly animal products with an occasional bit of veg. I am 69, type 2 and have been eating a low carb diet for quite a while with a few hiccups in between. Been dealing with this chronic diarrhea for 9 months or more now. I just started carnivore about a month ago. I could say more, but just to assure you I have had no end of tests to see what is going on by family doc, and gastroenterologist with no help. I will read your book soon. I need to lose about 60 lbs but it is coming off very slowly. I just ordered the urine sticks.
This is great!! May I ask about the mix (quantities) you use in your drink to stop diarrhea? Should it be warm or cold? And how much to consume per day to see results? Thanks in advance!!🙏🏻
@Adorable Adornments. I can't give specific advice like that to anyone who is not a client. But chapters 3 and 4 of my book that you can download for free here talk about how I use those things: kickitnaturally.com/free
Who are you? You are God sent! Thank you soooo very much for sharing your knowledge with us. You have helped me so much more significantly than any doctor I have ever seen. I have followed your info. And feel some relief as a result. God bless you for sharing your knowlege.
Have had gallbladder problems for a few years now. Lost a good portion of weight at start of pandemic, and used intermittent fasting to do it. No question my bile flow suffered from that.
We have a podcast episode on how to save a gallbladder that is having trouble. That might give you some good insights. You can listen to that here: kickitnaturally.com/gallbladder-save-what-to-drink-and-more/
From the carnivore perspective only fat releases bile. This is pointed at in the video but not spoken about. Low fat diets block bile production. Eat fat to release bile!
@@KickItNaturally I watched your videos and I realize there is a problem with the timing of drinking water as water always dilute the stomach acid which affects the food acidify process. And you can only drink that much water within a time frame, if your stomach is digesting food half of the time for a carnivore diet, this limits the amount of water I can drink everyday.
I realized that if a suppository would work, for an enema you wouldn't need to fill your entire colon with coffee--only a few ounces should suffice. Refilled a drug store enema bottle with room temp organic medium roast coffee. After squeezing out the air, I injected a few ounces. I was surprised at how easy it was--felt almost nothing and easy to hold in--even easier than a suppository. And much cheaper.
I just subscribed to your channel. Since I was a child I was unable to gain weight. I then started getting acne as an adult, hair loss, brow loss, oily skin, chapped lips after a gallon of water, diarrhea, dry hair, nall ridges, stomach issues, insomnia and the constipation is the worst. I think I have been dealing with that for decades. All of this started after my appendectomy at 14. I bet I am having bile issues and not absorbing nutrients. I'm going to try the 5 steps as well as anitfungals for parasites. Thank you!
@@mademia9764I started with no junk. Drink herbal tea with lemon & good quality sugar. Taking magnesium morning and night helped my constipation. Now I take a probiotic and want to look more at diet to help this. I suffer from pain up high on left side
I had my gall bladder removed just a month ago after 15 years of problems and I tried so many things to keep it. Having even more issues now that it's removed. Unbelievable cramps, gas pains, feeling full really quick, chronic constipation, too much loss of weight (I was too thin before the surgery and I already had a fatty liver). Started ox bile and it seemed to help the first few days and then constipation became unbearable! I tend to lean toward chronic constipation but this is worse than ever. I'm stopping the ox bile for now until constipation hopefully clears up and trying things like choline, taurine, lots of ginger tea, beets, beet greens, bitters. HELP! I'm going now to look for your class!!!!
HI Diane, Yes, it sounds like you are dealing with very common issues. Our free digestion course has an entire page for those who lost their gallbladder. It will help you figure out the right dose and timing for the ox bile, along with other steps to balance out digestion and prevent the constipation and other issues. Let us know how it goes.
Ox bile usually should help constipation, but too much can cause diarrhea. For constipation, I find magnesium citrate helps, but I need to take more than a normal dose. I take 1.5 x daily dose before bed, going for walks also helps.
I read a comment once where he said it doesn’t have the same effect. He also said he’d only give bile supplements to people without gallbladders. Tho I’ve read lots of comments with people reversing their symptoms with TUDCA.
Thank you so much for all of the helpful information. Curious....Why can't a person just have an organic cup of black coffee? What is the difference in effect?
I can't thank you enough Tony. I went from the most miserable pain and suffering in my life for two weeks. To stopping Omeprazole and almost totally symptom free a few days later. The last two nights a ate some dang good food and slept comfortably. Thank you

Hi tc! I get a lot of pressure under my right rib cage and the upper right side of my back most especially after eating but even more especially after eating a fatty meal. I do not have diarrhea, but probably mild constipation are the signs of a bile flow issue or bile stones?thank you!
Those are signs that commonly show up with that, but it could also be something else. But this video explains how those pains come about: ua-cam.com/video/QVeg5oLt-RI/v-deo.html
This is such important information. Thank you. Why are there not millions of likes on this video? 2 Questions: what do you think about bile salts/ox bile and liver support supps like Dandy Blend, etc? And are the oxalates in beet greens (and thus an increased risk of kidney stones for those prone to that) like there are in beet root?
@Strawberry Girl, Yeah, this video is very new and we've only been serious about postig on UA-cam for a couple months. Though we have over 200,000 followers on Facebook, we are new here. So just make sure you're subscribed to our channel and we appreciate you watching and helping us spread the word about these videos. It's important information that has changed the lives of thousands. For your questions, we love ox bile, but only if someone has lost their gallbladder. Otherwise, we prefer to see someone improve their natural bile flow function. Because ox bile is alkaline and if it has to go through the stomach, it can reduce stomach acid. The Beet Flow has very little beet root in it because the most effective part is the concentrated beet greens juice. But improving either side of digestion is always good for kidney health. If you have kidney stone concerns, check out our podcast episode on kidney stones here: kickitnaturally.com/gallstones-kidney-stones/
The gallbladder attacks I’ve had have lasted upwards of 9+ hours. 2 landed me in the emergency room because the pain was horrible or and I couldn’t keep painkillers down. I started working with an herbalist to break up the stones and support all the related organ systems but haven’t been consuming any fat because I’m trying to aboid attacks. The idea of introducing fat and risking an attack is terrifying. Are we really supposed to just eat fats and take that risk?
Healthy fats I think are the answer… ie. add a good quality olive oil, avocado oil or avocados, or organic ghee (clarified butter)…. Add these items to your salads, soups, on top of toast, curries, sandwiches, bagels, even on top of pancakes you can pour a little of ghee or avocado oil (you won’t taste it). About 2 tbsp of these fats per day, giving yourself breaks every now and again. If you’re putting olive oil or avocado oil on salads, add some type of acid (ie. lemon juice, balsamic vinegar, ACV, etc) He’s right about processed foods, try your hardest to reduce processed foods, sugar, and wheat (unless it’s whole wheat and not full of seed oil, sugar, preservatives)
I suffered for about 3 years. I wouldn't try some of his advice but Ox bile seemed to help me. I couldn't even handle olive oil, but I now eat 4 olives every day. I couldn't eat meat and just gave up trying. I'm a vegan now for 3yrs. Coconut was the only high fat food I could tolerate and macadamia nuts. I started eating flax and chia seeds everyday. Also Hemp hearts are a good source of healthy fats. I can usually go without pain if I watch what I eat. Before I did the oxbile I couldn't eat 2 walnuts now I can handle a handful with a slight discomfort. Whereas before it was like there was a red-hot poker stabbing me in the liver. Check out Dr. Berg and some others before you start shoving shit up your ass. It's a long way from your gallbladder and bile ducts.
Cut down on carbs and sugar. Eat lamb fat, you will thank me so much! My mom has had massive issues with her gallbladder her entire life. Now we are eating only lamb fat, no more seed oils. And she feels great!
Eggs are one of the richest food sources of choline. In fact, egg yolks contain the highest concentration of choline among commonly consumed foods. Eating eggs as part of a balanced diet can contribute significantly to your choline intake and support overall health. So if you eat eggs and love eggs and you don't have a problem with eggs, then you don't have a problem with choline.
I had runny stool for years daily. Acid reflex, heartburn, and gerd. Changed my diet to CARNAVORE. No sugar and very low carbs as of August 1,2023. Wow what a difference. No issues. My stool is more solid, no heartburn, acid reflex and no gerd.

@@karenzimmer7607I’ve been constipated for years swear I have infection and low acid anyway I went so regularly on mostly ground beef . Idk why but I think I read somewhere it’s very acidic . I’d start with ground so you dont gotta break it down as much see how that goes before adding a steak
I’m listening to your podcast and so far it’s great, I just wanted to mention adequate potassium and zinc and thiamine are really needed for stomach acid production and when there’s low stomach acid taking HCL can further burn the stomach and cause ulcers. It’s best to be careful with HCL. A lot if the time mineral imbalances are root of a lot of issues. Have you guys ever heard of hair testing?
The body does need a lot of minerals to make HCL, but the body needs HCL to be able to break down food correctly and pull the minerals out of their food. That is why a person can get stuck with low stomach acid for years or decades. But even the medical world now knows that stomach ulcers are caused by bacteria in the stomach that should not be there. And that bacteria often gets in due to a lack of stomach acid.
The stomach is designed to hold extremely acidic liquid. It has a thick protective mucus layer that prevents the stomach acid from burning the stomach. Pretty sure that mucus layer protects from HCL supplements the same as it would from your body's stomach acid.
@@KickItNaturally what if you can't take HCL because of low stomach acid ? how can I fix low stomach acid ??? I have GERD and Erosive Esophagus, I can't be taking HCL , everything would burn. I know you are a busy person could you please tell me what I need to do , so change this ?? Thank you.

I do water enemas 2-3 times a week for slow digestion and the bile flows A LOT just from water. It always feels amazing and I am working on my digestion moving that well without the enema. That would be the dream.

I'm in the same boat as you. I do enemas 2 times a week and a lot of other things since my GB has been removed. Some other things help but usually just temporarily and the things that help other people go just end my making me more constipated.
This happens to me too. When I do coffee enemas I do a water enema first to evacuate, and I notice my bile ducts are rumbling just from that. Then the good feeling goes away after the coffee enema. Guess I’ll see what happens just doing the water one.
I have stomach inflammation due to previous infection with H. Pilory. I'm trying to improve my health. I have never thought that the bile flow and stomach acid are connected to each other. Thank you so much ❤ for this amazing content 💕
Great content and if I may, would like to suggest consuming Tudca powder, not capsules, as I have opened up the caps to taste the powder and found that it is not bitter at all. Another way to increase bile flow, that I have read, is to include the consumption of bitter foods like bittergourd, plain black coffee, etc. Cheers!
The tudca I get is brutally bitter.. you sure you haven’t been duped? Also, coffee creates lactate that must be processed by the liver which will burden it from it’s task of creating bile so that may not be your best option. Never the less, hard to give up coffee
Yeah, I've never been a coffee drinker, but using coffee enemas or coffee suppositories has the ability to dilate the biliary pathway and improve bile flow. So maybe we all just need to use the coffee on the other end. :)
I have light colored stool and pain right where my gallbladder is. This all started when I got on a keto diet. Do u think the beet flow is a good option for me?

1) cut out processed foods 2) use supplements (such as Beet Flow made from concentrated beets greens juice) to thin out the bile 3) coffee enema or coffee suppository to dialate the biliary pathway 4) supplement called choline (not recommended for all) 5) lower estrogen if you have high estrogen Bonus step: increase dietary fats but don't rush to this step immediately Regarding step 5, what to do if pregnant?

I try to connect the dots of my health journey for the last 15-20 years and thanks to people like you I have some answers already and some action plans. There is 1 thing though that I still can't find explanation and I ask everyone who is more knowleagable. So, when I eat a fatty meal, or don't eat anything at all but having a beer, the skin on my face becomes super oily for no time. So oily I would name it waxy, as I have to apply 3 soap rounds to wash it. Where does it come from? Do you have any explanation?
Hi @Peter Lane, it can have a variety of causes, but in most cases it can have to do with the body using the pores as a detox method because the main bile flow detox pathway is not working correctly. I explain this more in this video about acne. Just know that this issue can result in acne for some folks while it can result in oily skin for others: ua-cam.com/video/oqbfElpgg_U/v-deo.html if this is indeed the problem for you, the steps in the video where you posted this would be where you want to start. Imagine empty stomach after 12h fasting. 1 beer and the face skin boom, waxy oily.
I would still view it as something the body is trying to push out and I sort of wonder if there might be a yeast or fungal component in some way, but I'm not saying that is the case. Has anyone found a good source of beet leaves in Europe, or with affordable international shipping? I seem to only end up with options for at least 75$
Great video! Does TUDCA do the same as Ox Bile? Aside from being synthetic, I've heard both sides that TUDCA can/ cannot breakdown fats like Ox Bile can. Other sources recommend using both: TUDCA on an empty stomach will stimulate bile flow, and Ox Bile would be with or after meals since they have different processes on fats 🤷♂️
Geez those suppositories are $100! Who knew concentrated coffee could cost so much? 😂 An enema is messy but a fraction of the cost - I would also feel less nervous about an enema since I’ve never done either before. I will say I just found the channel after dealing w/ another gallbladder attack & going down the rabbit hole of your videos - so helpful!!
Right? I feel like coffee enemas are just as effective and can be cheaper to do. I just find that I have a much easier time talking clients into doing the suppositories over the enemas. Just because the enemas can be messy and more involved. But I'm fine with either. Just remember that the suppositories and the enemas help by dilating the biliary pathway, but you still need to take steps to thin the bile out too. Especially if you're dealing with gallbladder attacks. And I'm assuming you've already seen this video on how to improve gallstones and such: ua-cam.com/video/qPn_iPkj2Yw/v-deo.html Let us know how it goes.
Brother you truly awakened me! Your whole explanation how digestion works, no Dr ever nor so many books I read explained so well, thank you Been struggling with low bile flow for years.
There is no vitamin or mineral that will help that. We see that people need to thin the bile so it will flow correctly when bilirubin is high and the steps we talk about in this video are the ones we see work best.
What’s your opinion on Liver & Gallbladder flushes using Olive oil & Grapefruit juice? I’ve heard they can work wonders for expelling gallstones and getting things flowing again.
Can be good for people without extreme longterm stress and insomnia, who are not too weakened so that their organs/body function. Otherwise it can be dangerous when there is not the enrgy needed to go through and perform this powerful and tiring procedure. Those who can speak for themselves and don't responsibly think of or even know of all those who can't and shouldn't try it. They lack knowledge and think that everyone can. Go and get examined by a good TCM-Dr, describe the procedure and ask them whether your body can go through with it and manage.
Worked for my partner. He pooped out a jar full of stones. Some 4mm in size (according to the scan he had before the cleanse) well worth the research and use of common sense, you wouldn’t do it on someone who is very frail. It was hard for him to swallow the oil but a drop of peppermint oil in it helped. But it was painless except for some burning of the bum on the way out. Keep the pawpaw cream close by 😊
The first step is understanding attacks: ua-cam.com/video/QVeg5oLt-RI/v-deo.html But many people need to take more aggressive steps than just Beet Flow. This video could give you some insights: ua-cam.com/video/4H6ZTLf6sYU/v-deo.html
Nobody seems to talk about malic acid and pectin from apples and ACV. I really think you should look into it and make a video, also bowel flow seems to affect bile as well. I know a lot of people that it helped personally and there are quite a few anecdotes online
Hi @Rust Cohle, malic acid is great to help melt down stones and we use it for that purpose. I talk about that in this video about gallstones: ua-cam.com/video/qPn_iPkj2Yw/v-deo.html But it doesn't do anything to thin bile. ACV also does not directly thin bile, but it can help correct a catabolic imbalance, and a catabolic imbalance will thicken up bile. I talk about that in this video about 10 causes for bile sludge: ua-cam.com/video/PjL-0HYGLYQ/v-deo.html Hope those help.

If you're not using HCL, and you improve bile flow faster than you improve the stomach acid side of things, it can increase the stool speed if bile is making the stool too alkaline and there is not enough stomach acid there to balance it out. Another possibility is that if you've had bile backed up for a long time, and it's starting to flow, all those backed up toxins can come out too fast and the body will try to push them out anyway it can.
@@KickItNaturally the 2nd one sounds more like me, despite being in shape and exercising a lot, it does seem like it has been backed up a while. Thank you
Yeah, it's pretty common for someone to need to take Beet Flow with each meal, and then do a beet flow flush, like we talk about in our books and courses, on one day, and then do a xeneplex coffee suppository the following day. and then do that combo for 4 or 5 weeks to get bile flow that has really been backed up for a long time. You can find those suppositories on naturalreference.com or you can also use a coffee enema and that will work just as well.
I have mouth ulcers when taking choline on the first day, why could that be ? Its the same when i took l-tyrosine and another time when i took copper sulfate
Hi, we don't like aloe vera because it has the ability to alkalize the stomach and turn off the other side of digestion. We hear people talking about black radish and artichoke extracts, but we have not seen them create the same benefit as the concentrated beet greens juice in Beet Flow.
@@KickItNaturally Thank you! Going to look into buying the supplement, I’m having a hard time moving my bile with lots of things I’m doing, feels like I’m consistently recycling toxins
Do you have any experience with Berberine? I noticed my chronic constipation was resolved with adding Berberine at night before I sleep. After doing this routine about three weeks, I noticed the health of my Turd soft and firm has been improving, but I noticed it may interfere with nutrient absorption and stomach acid levels.
I had light stools for years with GERD. I hadn't had a cup of coffee probably 15 yrs. After brown turned to tan and tan turned to yellow and yellow turned to light yellow and totally freaking out I saw on another channel that coffee gets bile flowing. 1 cup of coffee and the very next day back to a brown that resembles my avatar to the left . Bile must have been all gunked up !
Interesting. You might want to go through our totally free digestion course to see if you're still dealing with any symptoms of poor bile flow. We don't see drinking coffee improving flow at all. Only coffee enemas. But if someone has poor bile flow, their stool can vary in color according to what they eat and drink. I wonder if the coffee is simply darkening your stool and fooling you. That would be interesting to find out.
@@KickItNaturally I should add that I had been on a low acid/high alk diet for a month and in addition to the coffee I also readded more stomach acid back into equation but I have read and watched that coffee thins it out as well.
Yes, I know there are people out there that believe that. We just never see it work. But adding stomach acid in can certainly change the stool as well and that likely played a big factor in things.
@@KickItNaturally Thanks for being so attentive. I went on a strict "Acid Watcher Diet" which limits anything you take in your body to a ph of 5 or above. Everything was fairly normal until about 18 days into the 28 day program when stools started to get lighter and looser. (I assume due to the fact that the liver takes it's signal to release bile based on stomach acidity.... as I got more Alkaline stools got lighter. ) So while the diet worked great for acid reflux it seemingly caused an unintended consequence. After the 28th day I added Betaine HCL with Pepsin and digestive bitters to each meal and stopped eating 100% fiber and grain diet and then drank the coffee. I'm still not back where I need to be as stools are still loose. Better color but still loose so I don't know what to think. Still have plenty of energy, getting good sleep and haven't lost any appetite but I will definitely take your course and try the beet root supplement. Maybe all these dietary changes with acidity swings are just wreaking havoc or maybe I picked up a bug from the low acid ? All I know is pre AWD everything was relatively normal and at the end of it not so much, so for now will start eating normally do your course and hope for the best.
That's a great insight you figured out on your own about a lack of stomach acid also having the ability to restrict bile flow. Most people don't know about that and that can be a huge key. As far as alkaline diets go, this video could give you some more insights as to why I'm not a fan. ua-cam.com/video/FBACHT-Pt3Q/v-deo.html
Hi @carol I , So sorry to be the one to tell you, but if you're using that formula, you absolutely 100% must watch this video here: ua-cam.com/video/6EhZiBE2SBc/v-deo.html There is nothing wrong with the ingredients of the formula. And if a client was having a gallbladder attack and had that in their house and that was all they had, I would tell them to take it because the ingredients could help pull a person out of an emergency. But when you understand how the digestive process works, you understand that taking ox bile WITH your meal will turn off the digestive process. So you can use those ingredients, you just don't want to take them all with the meal. Some of them need to be taken away from food. And this video explains how turning off the ability to acidify your food properly can actually lead to gallbladder sludge in the long term: ua-cam.com/video/PjL-0HYGLYQ/v-deo.html Dr. Berg seems like a great guy, but nobody knows every single thing about how the body works and the assumption should be that we all get some things wrong. Telling people to take ox bile with food is definitely something he is getting wrong. It would be like driving your car with your foot slammed down on the gas and the break at the same time. Hope that helps.

An abdominal ultrasound showed a 3mm polyp and I’ve had Sibo ever since I came off birth control a couple of years ago. Do you think a polyp(likely cholesterol) can be treated similar to bile sludge?
I have no gallbladder and had the gastric roux, and y after my 3 month visit, I had my vitamins checked after. Then for my six month visit the center called and canceled the appointment. Then I went to reschedule but had switched insurance, and they said they couldn't schedule because they didn't take my insurance my 9 month came and went I been like you been describing noticing stuff what would you reccomend
HI @Stacy Davis, I can't give advice on specific situations for anyone who is not a client. But this video on steps for those who have lost their gallbladder could help: ua-cam.com/video/jJ_30UK_G0E/v-deo.html and I'm working on a video now about digestion after gastric bypass.
Sure wish I had seen this four years ago. I tried to go rapidly from a multi-year low fat diet to a keto diet. But my gallbladder was all stopped up with sludge and a 2cm gallstone. It overflowed somehow driving my *bilirubin* up to 11, giving me *sepsis* and putting me in the hospital. But I'm better now and enjoying keto.
@@ngawangdolma6310: _"Have you got your gallbladder removed ?"_ No. But for an inexperienced surgeon, I would have. I was having an awful lot of pain every 3 to 6 months prior to going to the hospital. That's the main thing I was worried about, but no one could give me a good explanation. But they recommended I get my gallbladder taken out so I agreed, thinking that must be the source of the pain. I bless the Lord with joy that that surgeon saw something odd, chickened out and didn't remove it. Bless her. Bless the Lord!
Hey, how did you cure it then ? Can you please share some tips? I have recently discovered that I have multiple small gallbladder polyps but I want to reduce them naturally. I have also done keto on and off and currently practising intermittent since 2 years now.
I’ve done done some research and discovered that beets has a tendency to lower blood pressure. As my husband is more catabolic and suffers from lower blood pressure, I’m scared that the beets could push his BP even lower ?? 😓
Been carnivore for 18 months with almost no deviations. I did AIP for about 8 months and I started having pain in my liver area. Dr weren’t concerned about my labs. Finally went carnivore and it resolved a whole lot of issues in my body but I started having liver pain again and the only way I could get into really ketosis was to actually take fat fried up and eat it with my meat and so I was eating a whole whole lot of fat and I started doing gallbladder, cleanses and I have gotten out a lot of stones and the time before the last time I got a tremendous amount of sludge out and I always feel great after them but when I start eating fat again, I start having pain again my ALT and my AST have now gone up quite significantly and I believe that that was due to a doctor gave me an estrogen bump with some pellets I took for a little bit of a boost in testosterone I’m 58 and ever since then I have had really just bad issues. I ended up in the ER with a gallbladder attack which I had never had anyway I’m hoping that thinning my bio will help. If you’ve got any other suggestions I would really appreciate it. I did have an ultrasound done I did have gallstones in there, but that was before I started any of the cleansing. I just finished my seventh gallbladder flush, and like I said, I feel great after I have it but then I starting incorporating fat into my diet and I start having pain again I do think I need to back off the volume of fat I’m eating and just eat the fat that comes normally on the meat and not anything extra
its because new sets of congestion keep moving into the bile ducts after each flush...older and older congestion in the liver..eat some artichokes and lemon with the fats to help digest the fats and thin the bile
Too much meat! Our species is omnivorous and not carnivorous. Your body is not made to digest these absurd amounts of meat and animal fat daily day after day. You listen to those idiots and you will pay with your health. Your body is desperately trying to tell you it doesn’t like all this meat you are eating.

how many containers of BEET FLO? to deal with very congested gallbladder? will it help liver too? What are your thoughts on regarding celery juice over time helping to break up gallstones?
Hi @birdienumnums1 it can vary greatly from person to person and I can't give any specific advice to someone who is not a client, but some people will end up needing to do more beet flow flushes to get things movings. Some folks do the combo of a beet flow flush on one day and then the Xeneplex coffee suppositories the next day and do that combo once a week and that seems to speed things up and reduce how many flushes they need to do. But it's pretty rare that I have a client order more than 2 bottles at a time and that is usually enough to get an idea of how backed up things are. You can find those things here: www.naturalreference.com/product Let us know how it goes.
I'm wondering what your general thoughts are for those sensitive to caffeine (anxiety/jitters/heart racing) who need a flush/cleanse to get bile flowing? Would it make more sense to do an enema than a suppository so you can start with lower amounts of caffeine?
HI @Melanie R I can't give advice on specific situations like this. But I have heard from others that coffee in an enema or suppository form does not process like consuming coffee would. I don't know if that is a fact, that is just what I've heard. And if I drink cofee, I'm awake until the following week, but enemas and suppositories don't effect me at all. That is just my own personal experience and I have no idea how that would go for you.
Melanie R: CE is much more talked about ( I never heard of suppositories before). I suppose you can take just a part of a supp, just as cooking your coffee (simmer 13 mins) weaker to begin with. Do it in the morning and you have plenty of time till bedtime. But it is normally nothing like drinking it, even if one may get a high sometimes. Naturopath prescribed me to stopped drinking coffee 25 years ago (have had a little a few times in the last 2 years though). sometimes I get no coffee reaction at all and can even do it late at 7 pm. It doesn't have much effect if too weak for the habit (2 tbsp for ½ liter water, which should be 2 cups of water, spring- if you have) , although to begin with and getting used to it is fine. Idk whether it is a sin, but i have added a little Yarrow-flowers to my enema coffee for the past 8 months, in order to soothe my Liver, because I have such sleep deprivation which makes it hard for my body to hold it inside for the full 15 mins. So I a better able to hold it with the Yarrow in. since it is a Liver plant anyway, I can't imagine it being wrong. Except maybe the Liver is supposed to not be so soothed when getting the CE, for the effect to come fully...If you get fair sleep, you should be all right If you have god, calm, spiritual thoughts, prayer , medittaion etc before and duringthe CE, that will help you to be calm and not nervy/stressed.I wish you well with this..
Just ACNE IS THE relentless acne ( bile or cholesterol sebum inside it. Itchy Itchy when nervous & constipation happens 😫 😩 FATIGUE 👎 😩 FATIGUE misery. Can olive oil help or hurt ?
Hi Cathy. It seems like you're not seeing my other replies because you keep asking the same questions. You'll find our totally free digestion course in the description above. You REALLY want to take that free course.
Very nice videos I just discovered your channel, thank you for the information. Do you think that upper left abdominal pain (like just below the ribs) (mainly during/just after eating) might be related to bile? Also, this pain sometimes radiates to the back. I noticed you mention weight gain, however I find it hard to gain weight when I get these flare ups. Thank you
Digestive Pains can be hard to really figure out without knowing a whole lot more, but if you watch this video about difficulty gaining weight, you'll see that poor bile flow can cause weight gain, but it can also make it hard to gain weight if the poor bile is restricting proper digestion. ua-cam.com/video/xD6P5ldIMJA/v-deo.html Hope that helps.
Man I wish I could chat with you for a an hour.. Why is my gallbladder getting swollen from progesterone oral pills? How can I safely thin the bile while having severe gastritis? 😢
Man I seriously need help with this. I've been having horrid stomach issues all year. Started on Betaine HCl and had a world of improvement, but still not enough. Started on some digestive enzymes with the HCl and even more relief... however, I seem to be the only person on the planet Earth who has some kind of kidney reaction to slippery elm. I'm taking something called Bile Force that has the ox bile and pepsin etc. ... helps a lot with pain after eating, but now I'm back to getting kidney pain from the 80 mg of slippery elm in the capsule. Does ANYONE else know what I can do about this? Anyone know of an ox bile supplement I can take that has all the good enzymes but no slippery elm? I'm so improved after 6 months but one thing has continued, which is bright yellow stool - or at least the liquid that comes out is always bright yellow. No one will address this and I'm at my wits' end. I definitely feel it is bile coming out. Ugh. Please help me.
It sounds like you're searching for a solution that is likely found in the video where you posted this comment. Sounds like you're using things to replace bile instead of fixing the underlying cause of the problem and fixing your body's natural bile flow function. This video here also explains major mistakes with ox bile that it sounds like you might be making so the video where you put this comment and this other video should give you good insitghts: ua-cam.com/video/6EhZiBE2SBc/v-deo.html
Thanks for responding but my issue was not with the ox bile but the slippery elm. I've already watched all the digestion videos on this channel and found nothing about slippery elm causing this kidney pain.... or why stool is still yellow after 6 mths... distressing.
My pleasure! @Will From Within , if your bile ends up being tough to get moving, we've made another video for those who need additional steps here: ua-cam.com/video/4H6ZTLf6sYU/v-deo.html Keep us posted on how it goes.
Lol. comment away Alexis. :) It can depend on a lot of factors because if you consume more dietary fat than your bile can process, the excess does have the ability to cause some symptoms. However, a low fat diet means you're signaling the gallbladder to drop less bile down and that means less bile flow, and that can cause the bile to get too thicky and sticky to flow correctly. If someone has poor bile flow, I like to see them take more aggressive steps like we teach in our free digestion course to speed up the process of correcting the problem and then you can consume an appropriate amount of fat.
I did carnivore diet for 6 weeks to avoid SIBO symptoms but ended up with extreme indigestion when eating either protein or fat. I needed up to 12 capsules of Betaine HCL (650mg each) each meal and felt scared of that number. Now I no longer eat carnivore diet but still have hard time digesting meals even with just a little protein or fat. At least for protein I can deal with it by betaine HCL (will order beet flow to see if it improves further). But What supplements can I use to digest fat better? Thank you so much.

Which methods are the most effective and safest if you have a gallstone, approximately 1.6 cm, that is stuck in the cystic, gallbladder duct? I would think it would be best to try to reduce it first, then dilate the duct for easier, painless passage. I don't want the stone to get lodged in a smaller opening or in the common bile duct causing pancreatitis. Any thoughts?
I know a lot of people use malic acid, like found in magnesium malate to try and melt stones. You would just want to take our free course found in the description above to figure out your chemistry to know how much magnesium you can tolerate if you want to test that out.

Your health pro book contains a dedication in memory of Will Schmidt. What happened to him?
kickitnaturally.com/in-memory-of-will-wolfgang-schmidt/

But to me, this is a huge sign of poor bile flow and if you watch this video about absorbing fat soluble vitamins, you'll see that the lack of nutrients getting assimiliated could easily create brain fog type issues. ua-cam.com/video/H2vlBQ32UgI/v-deo.html
Ordering the testing equipment will help, but it sounds like getting real aggressive at thinning out bile could be huge. Hi Megan, the only thing we've seen work well is Beta Food from Standard Process, but you can only get that from a doctor or chiropractor who has access. And you need to take about 6-8 of those per meal instead of 2-3 Beet Flow because they're very small.

Eggs have a ton of choline. Two large eggs are about 30-40% of your daily requirement of choline.
Thank you for the info. !!
As is beef liver
yeah...but my choline requirement per my genetics is 8 eggs a day or the equivalent. That means rda for women is 450 mg and my requirement is roughly 1025 mg!!!
Be careful tho with what type of Eggs your eatting.
Pasture raised eggs the best out here now in 2024
It's hard to get eggs where the chicken hasn't been fed grain.
I'm impressed that you mention choline not being for everyone. I can't tolerate choline, phosphytidylcholine or lecithin. I've tried to take them many times but they makes me ill. Now I know that's a thing and will look into it. Thank you so much.
You can learn more about it in our free digestion course here: kickitnaturally.com/course
as long as I dont take a lot, its fine for me. its in pre workouts and things
What symptoms do you have from them specifically?
Love the humour you toss in with your videos, you make me laugh while I learn
The obvious to increase bile flow is to make sure you're drink enough water. And water doesn't mean pop or coffee with 2lbs of sugar.
Lol. so true. We talk about this in our video about things that cause bile sludge here: ua-cam.com/video/PjL-0HYGLYQ/v-deo.html
Ox bile usually should help constipation, but too much can cause diarrhea. For constipation, I find magnesium citrate helps, but I need to take more than a normal dose. I take 1.5 x daily dose before bed, going for walks also helps.
Does Tudca have😢 the same effect as beet flow?
I read a comment once where he said it doesn’t have the same effect. He also said he’d only give bile supplements to people without gallbladders. Tho I’ve read lots of comments with people reversing their symptoms with TUDCA.

Parasites.
That is my exact issue as well .

If you’re putting olive oil or avocado oil on salads, add some type of acid (ie. lemon juice, balsamic vinegar, ACV, etc)
He’s right about processed foods, try your hardest to reduce processed foods, sugar, and wheat (unless it’s whole wheat and not full of seed oil, sugar, preservatives)
I love your page . These are ORIGINAL INFORMATION. NOT GENERAL . THANK YOU

I took hcl, which burnt my stomach and began to take prilosec. Neg for h.pylori several times.
The stomach is designed to hold extremely acidic liquid. It has a thick protective mucus layer that prevents the stomach acid from burning the stomach. Pretty sure that mucus layer protects from HCL supplements the same as it would from your body's stomach acid.
Correct @Emily E.

What can one take if prone to kidney stones?
This happens to me too. When I do coffee enemas I do a water enema first to evacuate, and I notice my bile ducts are rumbling just from that. Then the good feeling goes away after the coffee enema. Guess I’ll see what happens just doing the water one.

Great content and if I may, would like to suggest consuming Tudca powder, not capsules, as I have opened up the caps to taste the powder and found that it is not bitter at all.
Yes bitters works wonders for me

Just know that this issue can result in acne for some folks while it can result in oily skin for others:

I lost 10kg since then to my perfect weight and I feel great. But it comes the moment when someone gets me out for a beer. Imagine empty stomach after 12h fasting. 1 beer and the face skin boom, waxy oily.

And I'm assuming you've already seen this video on how to improve gallstones and such: ua-cam.com/video/qPn_iPkj2Yw/v-deo.html

But many people need to take more aggressive steps than just Beet Flow.
I talk about that in this video about gallstones: ua-cam.com/video/qPn_iPkj2Yw/v-deo.html
But it doesn't do anything to thin bile. ACV also does not directly thin bile, but it can help correct a catabolic imbalance, and a catabolic imbalance will thicken up bile. I talk about that in this video about 10 causes for bile sludge: ua-cam.com/video/PjL-0HYGLYQ/v-deo.html

I will take 2 beetflow capsules with my food, and it makes me have to urgently poop. Why is that? Do I not need the beet flow? I have done beet flow flushes and it makes me go as well. Also I have my gallbaldder.

@@BrokennessAndBeauty Right. That's a lousy situation to be in. Hope it goes well for you.
I'm not sure why that would have improved constipation. It's not something I use with clients.
It costs $70 to ship to the Uk. Is there any other product like the beet flow I can get anywhere?
We haven't found any that work as well.
Dr Bergs gallbladder formula is the best. It has me and my daughter with gallbladder issues.
Hi @carol I , So sorry to be the one to tell you, but if you're using that formula, you absolutely 100% must watch this video here: ua-cam.com/video/6EhZiBE2SBc/v-deo.html
There is nothing wrong with the ingredients of the formula.
And this video explains how turning off the ability to acidify your food properly can actually lead to gallbladder sludge in the long term: ua-cam.com/video/PjL-0HYGLYQ/v-deo.html
Dr.

Are you afraid to get the polyp removed ? My friend got polyps, but he got many they removed some.
I have no gallbladder and had the gastric roux, and y after my 3 month visit, I had my vitamins checked after. Then for my six month visit the center called and canceled the appointment. @Kick It Naturally thank you I believe beet flow is what I need to help unthinking the bile
HI @STacy Davis, Let us know how it goes.
Wow, that is scary Ken. Glad you got it all figured out. Nice job.
Have you got your gallbladder removed ?
@@ngawangdolma6310: _"Have you got your gallbladder removed ?"_
No.
@@KenJackson_US
Was removing the stone and sludge the fix? Or were other measures also needed.
Did the carnivore diet help or make things worse?
Add one more…castor oil pack.
We hear about people liking this, but we've never seen great results with it. Not like the steps we mention here.
Ordered the test strips. Need to check if bile is my issue or not. Already got rid of the bloating and burping just with HCL. Your channel is awesome.

how many containers of BEET FLO? to deal with very congested gallbladder? will it help liver too?
You can find those things here: www.naturalreference.com/product
Let us know how it goes.

Thank you
Digestive Pains can be hard to really figure out without knowing a whole lot more, but if you watch this video about difficulty gaining weight, you'll see that poor bile flow can cause weight gain, but it can also make it hard to gain weight if the poor bile is restricting proper digestion. ua-cam.com/video/xD6P5ldIMJA/v-deo.html

@@KickItNaturally thanks. My daughter can't swallow supplements so I look for liquid formulas or open the capsules which I know is not the best TY
Yeah, that seems reasonable.

Are these recommendations suitable for 1 week psot inflamed gallbladder w 1 4mm stone, diet has been changed, so can enema be done now?
Sorry I comment so much lol, do you think we should go on a low to medium fat diet as we try to thin bile and keep it moving?
Lol. comment away Alexis.
I'm also putting together a new podcast episode on bile flow today and I just added your question so I can tallk about it on that podcast episode too.
