Eric Janicki = Best person to learn the art and technique of advanced lifting and muscle isolation/connection. Taking your already advanced lifting and optimizing it to the max. Mike Israetel = Best person to learn advanced science based methods of fat loss, massing, periodization, volume, intensity, rep ranges, and everything else. Mike basically gives the best ever science based approach advice and Eric adds in very valuable information about advanced lifting techniques once you’ve already learned the other 95% from Mike. These two together have skyrocket my gains in an unreal way.
I really like how he takes his time o explain the exercises. Also, he makes a point to talk to his audience instead of at his audience. This makes you feel as though he is genuinely helping you. Best workout video that I have seen since John Meadows "Mountain Dog", RIP!!!
Excellent video, thank you so much for posting this. Planning my back workout tomorrow! This was a huge help! Truly appreciate your style and explanation! Just subscribed!
Quite interesting concept about pre-exhaust and exhaust methods within an exercise! Did not know about it, but intuitively did something for legs exercises - start 5 reps super low and slow and next 5 in constant tension.
I can only do so many exercises, I already have 4 of these from your older videos. I have a hard time growing arms, I have tried volume, I do pre exhaustion and sometimes 3 in one like half up half down and full range. Same on triceps. On the other hand your leg workout has the most effects on my group. My son 6’9” couldn’t do dead lift with his heels down and because the range of motion now he can. It’s put much more weight on me as well!
The Fitness Industry is repeating itself 10000x in a month. This exercises youve already found in millllions of other videos and yet it still gets produced bey some dude every once new.
With these tips , tricks and info. normal guys will eventually transform their physiques into works of art. Those of us with athletic genetics , will now metamorphis into a new degree of beasts , Spartans and Hercules . Thanks for making our lives more difficult J 😂😂

I know you push this kinda lifting now but I bet you built that mass pounding out the basics not focusing on rom the whole time lol.
If you see me doing a barbell row proper with proper slow form, its because I've been watching Dorian Yates, my friend. 😊
