Hi, as I am following your series, I have few feedbacks as a student. 1. Please keep the camera slightly away. It’s difficult to imagine the posture of your legs or feet when you do any upper body exercises. 2. When you ask us to stay in a position for few breaths the breaths are actually faster in the video and that way we complete only 3 breaths instead of 5.
