- We hear a lot about the importance of strengthening the muscles supporting your joints to stay injury-free. Having well-functioning joints play a huge part in protecting them and keeping injuries at bay. Yoga focuses on bringing mobility to the body and then layering the strength aspect keeping in my mind everyday functional movements. We have three levels of joint mobility videos that will cater to your level of practice. Good joint health encompasses the perfect and balanced combination of mobility and strength.

hi thanks for this video. After pregnancy, delivery and lactation i started to have pain in my knees. every time i sit on the floor in yoga posture ... Standing up is very painful in the knees area. Any solution for this. And i was always doing yoga and still do of course.
