I'm 60. Was a dance student for many years and I have to tell you stretching out daily with some light weight bearing exercises and walking several times a week is a good sustainable way to feel fit and prevent injuries when you're older. I still do my ballet stretches, and having flexibility is one of the best things to maintain as you age.

Sadat fitness... I totally agree 100%! I use to work out and was never very flexible. I stretch everyday but not sure I’m doing the right stretch routine for my body. I look very young, but am approaching 40 and starting to feel tightness in my hips, and inner thighs. Very uncomfortable. I also sit all day for work. I feel like I’m starting over every morning as my lower body is always sore and tight. So happy I came across this channel.

To everyone who is struggling to do these, trust me people that by doing these flexibility stretches' on daily basis you will see growth easily in a month. Your muscles day by day will start getting relaxed & flexible. So don't give up on day 1 if you weren't able to do it.

In the last month I developed the habit of working out properly. Not just lifting weights but working out with good form (starting with bodyweight). Thank you! I'm just now starting legs 3 times a week. 2 days for stretching and 1 day of strength training. Going for full body control and strength but gotta start with my legs since I always dreaded leg days😂
Thanks again for the helpful video! I also subscribed so I can go back to your videos and figure some other issues if I have some later on :)
Good luck to all of you who are working on this! We can do it! Be patient and be consistent

Thank you so much. I'm a dancer so I'm pretty flexible but my hamstrings and quads don't match the rest. I've been searching for mobility routines so I tried this one. I took a break in between the first two sets to compare and it was crazy how much looser the right side of my lower body was already. Love it.

If I get this benefit in 10 minutes.....imagine what the program may do? I appreciate the offer for the free daily flow. It will allow me time to get used to exercising again and taste the results of the program you have to offer. But, I already know it is going to be great and I will be signing up. I don't comment often, but in my years of following many channels for help with my physio/posture/injury issues, this channel (also kneesovertoesguy and TappBrothers) has really approached everything with the correct goals in mind. I would also stick out my ribs trying to get 'good' posture, and it is great that you mention how to avoid it.
My leg mobility and flexibility is terrible; thank you very much for this!

I was doing yoga for 1 month and noticed that the leg stretch (my first time doing it) was pretty easy. Now I stopped doing yoga and noticed how much it affects the body. It's harder to stretch.
That gave me the motivation to do yoga again.

I began my fitness (for beauty, muscle tone, weight loss and strength and flexibility) journey again about 21 days ago, I've made tiny gains in strength and flexibility so far and having a lot of fun with it.
I'm super super tight in my legs and want better flexibility overall so I'm going to add this into my routine at least 1-2 times every week now. Will update back in like a few weeks on how it's going. Currently I can only do the super easy mode of all these stretches

So it’s been about 35 - 40 days (I’m on holiday right now so I don’t have my planner to tell me how much) of me stretching and stuff, my body has changed I get sooo many more compliments and attention and easy money tips $$$ at work, everyone has noticed and tell me I look better.
Being more flexible allows me to get deeper into my workouts, has allowed me to learn how to use my body etc
I’m not impressively flexible in the legs and back as I want but I’m only about 35-40 days into my fitness journey

The stretches were amazing and felt great. When you said whether or not the shoulders touch the wall depends on the level of flexibility, I didn't expect my myself to do it but I did!
