this was so simple yet so effective. i dont know why i’ve never watched a yoga video taught from an actual indian yoga practitioner but i can confidently say there’s so many ‘yoga’ videos on youtube that come nowhere close to this in effectiveness
yea there’s a lot of not so good western so called yoga instructors who really aren’t rooted in the practice . might as well go to the source directly
Agree. As easy to follow as om "One TV".
You are an empathetic and inclusive instructor while somehow not making the instructions feel overcrowded as we listen. Thank you for sharing your knowledge and giving so freely. ❤
Thank you for sharing your knowledge and wonderful teaching method. You are a wonderful teacher.
😊🙏
i never rlly comment on videos.. But as a ballet dancer that after class needs to decompress.. this is perfect because after ballet my hips always feel off after working on them for so long in the studio, so even as someone with pretty flexible hips, this does wonders to open up and relax my hips 100% recommend!
Thank you so much for this!
This was soo helpful, such a wonderful teacher. Thank you for creating this! Love from Maryland
This was amazing! I’m very flexible and have always had trouble “relaxing” my hips and opening them because of my flexibility, but this actually opened and released the tightness in my hips 😍
I struggle to sit cross-legged and this session helped me feel more comfortable sitting down :) Thank you for the guidance and all the tips with using supports!
I am very inflexible and quite a long way from some of these poses. However, the video is very good - contains great explanations - and I know what I need to do to work on these poses. Thank you!
A good deed always comes around!.God bless you😇.Jai Shri Ram 🙏🙏🙏💐💐💐
I just tried this today after my 30 min low impact excercise. I have low back issues abd just feel like my hips are tight. Even tho i can not extend as far and am not so flexable abd lack mobilty from chronic back pain. This felt good too do. Its gonna take me more practice. But it felt good to breath and do these today. Im going to save so i can keep doing and hope over time i can gett better. I am also working on loosing the 15 pds i gained over the past year so im sure this will help as i get back to walking and low impact excercises. This was also very calming as i deal with anxiety. Listening to your voice was very calming. I do need to work on my breathing as i clench my jaw and anxiety i tend to hold my breath alot. Anyways this was very helpful thank you. I look fwd to doing it again. I can already feel a differance after one session
Wonderful work girl. Your instructions feel like I am listening to a known person.
as someone who practices yoga only at home it’s amazing because you point all the things that I should focus on so I don’t make mistakes and get the best of the practice ❤ thanks

Is there a way of breathing or it doesn't matter how i inhale or exhale in different yoga positions
There is a right way of breathing for every pose.. every move 🕉

Keep practicing
,😮
Suffering left side hemipledgyia disease
This is so much different than any other yoga videos I’ve watched. Like a few people already commented, I think it’s because she is an Indian practitioner. The other yoga practices I have watched are much less comprehensive.
But we can’t do this
Why can't you do this/that? Just Do It
The easiest video instructions for hip opening exercise I've found till date
I'm sorry. I'm unable to get to the point where she's saying "allow your knees to drop and sink into the floor" There's just too much pain. Isn't there a more gentle novice way to open ones hip?
Thanks.
The Hard Way is the only way 💪
