- This full-body yoga flow will help you to build strength, flexibility, and balance while teaching you to incorporate the breath. Class begins with breathwork to get centered and grounded and then a flow to raise core temp, followed by a well-balanced mix of strength and stretch.

Much of what you do is beyond me. But it's really nice in winter, watching you practice yoga on a rooftop (though I also liked the 'hacienda' you used previously !). The plane, oddly, is equally soothing, a steady droning backdrop to a smooth and steady unfoldment of asanas. Namaste.

Damn, I really liked that flow! every muscle needed to work and even get challenged when trying headstand. loved that video so much- would be awesome to have that flow (the exact same) in the new format so we get to see other ways of doing it maybe :) definitely a new favorite for me! A very nice 40 minute practice. I like the idea of a selection of practices of different lengths, and it would be great if the web-site could have that split built into the navigation.

I appreciate the challenge of this class, but also the modifications, as all positions are not fully accessible yet. I have been doing your yoga classes almost every morning since Dec 2023 and I am impressed with the improvement in my flexibility. Slow continual progress. The monthly and weekly challenges are very motivating. This is the longest I have followed any yoga class and will continue. Thanks for all of your hard work and commitment.

Tim, thank you, thank you, thank you! Due to illness and injury it's been more than a year since I attempted a class like this. I made it! I did have to pause a few times to let my breath catch up with me . Crow pose still eludes me ( I call my version ruptured duck) and the never ending navasana was challenging, guess cause I was fatigued by then. I actually did a head stand although I cheat and use a wall. I appreciate all you do, thanks again
I deeply enjoyed this flow; it was energizing and challenging for me. I like how you explain the poses to maintain the same awareness established at the beginning of the practice. Thank you Tim for incorporating meditation with your power yoga sequences; it truly makes a difference in the workouts.

Another request, after flowing from Shavasana to seating with your eyes closed, and it would be great if we could stay there for a few moments and perhaps taking a deep breath before ending the practice. I feel like once we're existing corpse pose it ends too quickly, and since the mind is in a really good place it would feel nice to stay there a bit. Namaste

I love the pacing of this flow, especially the mix between the slow, controlled holds and faster movements where you're moving with the breath. I'm usually a huge fan of your alignments (the reason I recommend your channel to friends above so many others) but the pared-down instruction this time was perfect for an intermediate class. Feeling really energized after this.

My dog’s tail accidentally paused it right at the first chair pose, and I held it for over 90 seconds before thinking, damn Tim. That’s enough. I wondered why you were so quiet lol. Other than that, fantastic. A slow intermediate is a nice compromise.
Really enjoyed this. I feel like I lost my way a bit with some of my yoga this year, so decided to revisit some of my previous favourite teachers. This was so good and reminded me what I enjoy about this yoga. Thank you Tim, I'll be back for more.

Hey Tim. Great session this one, thank you for sharing with us. I have followed quite a few of your yoga practises this year(mostly from the 30 days challenge) but I think this is the first session where I strongly felt that you had allocated more time to really sink in the poses and absorb them, which I particularly enjoyed. Same goes for the transioning from a pose to another - as you added more time in between, they felt more like a natural flow, rather than rushing through. :) Thank you again for your dedication. Have been into yoga for a couple of years and the sessions done by you feel particularly great for the body. All the best in the New Year.

This was fantastic! I'm still working on not getting sloppy in my vinyasa - I had four kids in five years and it's easy for my shoulders to take on the work my core should be doing - so I just let myself fall behind a bit when it got too quick for me to do well. This was a really good one! Thanks!

Also, thank you for not talking during the poses, it actually helped me BIG time, since I focused on the breath and pose instead of what you are saying. I feel like I'm being nosy when you talk and I listen to your stories, like pay attention to what you're doing, not what Tim is saying :-) Thanks! Can't believe how many years I've been coming to your channel for practices.
We are comfortable with the level. We like the time 40” that allows us to get ourselves together to go to work. Nice start w breath work. The vinyasas could be slower to allow the stretch, awareness, and safety. When I do a vinyasa aerobically eg the pace of this video, I am prone to getting some alignment wrong and pulling a muscle. I would definitely buy more of these length videos. At the end, sitting after shavasana take another minute to return to the breath work and allow time to feel how shavasana flows into the seated body, actively relaxed.
