Core work is always a bit of a torture but it is just fine you keep mixing it in. In this class, it might have been more - but that‘s maybe just my feeling because my legs are a little sore after a 300km bike ride yesterday and did not feel very glad with holding warrior II and the fully bind and the like for such a long time 😬

I have been meaning to say for a long time that the only thing that has stopped me from signing up to the CMC is that I support a small local yoga studio in my part of London; until those lottery numbers do their work it's all I can afford. Your paid live classes are therefore great as it means I can make small, if irregular $ contributions to your work. Thank you again. (I also really liked the 90s hip-hop "education".)

I like that you mix up the backdrops. I love them all on your roof, on the beach in this lovely studio, in your house. I always appreciate Ollie; he's very calm. My dog wants to participate. I did a past core yoga of yours this morning and I ended up with my dog laying on my belly during shavasana!

This was great! I loved the longer holds - that always feels like grown-up yoga. I always love the cues about not letting my ribs stick out or my legs go dead. One video you reminded us not to do all the work with our eyebrows - I think I need that reminder all the time! Thanks so much.
