INGREDIENTS for 20cm cake:
For almond layers:
- egg whites 4
- sugar 80g | 1/3cup
- ground almonds 150g | 1 1/4cups
For vanilla cream:
- egg yolks 4
- sugar 80g | 1/3cup
- vanilla extract 5g | 1tsp
- double cream 100ml | 1/2cup
- butter 150g | 2/3cup
For decor:
- toasted almond flakes
