Lovely cake I would like to know several things firstly how many grams of almond flour Secondly what temperature in oven. As I did try this from another youtuber, mine came out wet. It didn't bind well. I really want to make gluten free cakes and so on. So far I get better results with wheat flour. Regards from the UK.
165g almond flour. 350F(180C) temperature for about 25-30 minutes. Everything is listed in the description box below the video. Let me know how it comes out. I am planning to do some gluten free cake recipes in the future. Thank you 😊

I've made this twice now. Once with orange juice and zest, and once without. The orange juice does add a nice flavor, but both tasted great. The one with OJ came out a little more moist. So, if you don't have OJ, you might replace it with water or milk or rum. I might make the third batch by replacing OJ with rum. Thank you, Sue Ran for the great recipe!
Hi Sue Ran. I looked at so many almond cake recipes, before deciding to try yours! I decided to try yours because: 1. it contained more eggs than the other recipes, 2. it did not add butter (i have high cholesterol) or even oil for that matter, 3. it didn't require me to separately whip the egg whites, 4. it did not add baking powder or baking soda (not may recipes do, but some did). I'm glad I made the right choice! I'll have to try some other recipes of yours.
That looks lovely. I had a wonderful recipe which I made twice only and then lost recipe i had found in a magazine. This looks exactly like it. I can’t have butter and prefer olive oil. Thank you. Will make this on my Birthday, Thursday. Now to bed as need to be up buy 530 for work

Why not almond extract?
You don’t have to use almonds extract as we are using almond flour. You could use a tiny bit if you want, might overpower.
