Welcome to day 10 of the Morning Yoga Movement! This 10 minute morning yoga class will help you to stretch your upper back, neck, and shoulders this morning. I'll walk you through poses like thread the needle, rabbit, and downward dog with a twist. If you have tension, pain or tightness in your upper body, this class should help.

I’m a 47 yr old male who has been stressed for 25+ yrs. I’m just amazed how much of a difference this had made in my life and I’m on day 10!! I discovered stretching a few months ago but this 30 day challenge has “grounded” me throughout the day.

#goodmorning, Being in the house, this is my daily motivation to get up and get going. It's so nice to have something on the calendar. I would like to ask for you to say what we might be able to use instead of blocks on the days where they are used? I'd hate to order something unnecessary in a time of crisis! Thanks for everything!
You can use some thick books, boxes of a similar size, sturdy cushions, rolled up blankets. Try some different options out in various poses, it may be a combo of those that work best.
I've done quite a few 10 min yoga practices found on youtube over the years. This one is my absolute favorite. Thanks Kassandra!

I haven’t been doing this every day, but close to it. And just knowing I already have a video I’m going to do helps me not skip it (as much). #GoodMorning! Still struggling, but I’m new. I didn’t to the “thread the needle” pose correctly or the one where I had to grab my leg in downward dog, but I’m determined not to give up.
Keep going! I remember the first time I tried a 30 day challenge. I was a bucket of sweat after every session - even the "easy" ones. I fell out of poses and sometimes cut them short. But I did it. That was three years ago. And now things like this are "easy". Keep working at it. You will amaze yourself. I wish you peace and love on your journey. #goodmorning
