Sounds like the 3D fish may be a bit more fun? As an aside...time to invest in some kind of flexometer device to measure flex from 1 to 10. Just put the board in and read the printout.
@@thegoodridesnowmaybe throw board on 2 blocks at contacts, measure waist to floor, get a big cheap kettle bell, put that sucker in the middle. Measure distance. Establish flex rating by comparing stated flex vs observed flex, apply complex Russian formula for success, there... System.
I have had terrible luck/experience with Burton WFO bases. I had a brand new Deep Daze last season and returned it after trying to ride it 5 different days specifically in powder and the board was soooooooo slow I had to go to my car and swap boards every time I rode this board. I even got stuck on a catch line because this board was so slow I couldn’t even glide down the hill on that thing without unbinding and skating. Returned, warrantied and put up for sale. I won;t ride their boards anymore after that major headache. Took 5 months to finally warranty my board. Just got it last week.
You don't have to ride split bindindings when the resort opens. Rovers side hill better and have steel edges/grip better than Drifts. I still use drifts in deep pow though but prefer Rovers on established skin tracks better.
Your review convinced me to get the 150! Much appreciated!!
I have this board and it rips

Yeah. It was for me. Check the final thoughts. Not sure if that is in the Good Ride budget but that would be cool to have.

Why drift bindings on the union rover?
