Depends on the wording in the law book. In most places they’ll refer to switch blades as a knife in which the blade is deployed with a spring from the push of a button or lever which in this case, yes makes this knife a type of switch blade. In Texas there are no more laws on “edged weapons” so it is legal here where we are. Hope this helps.
@@serenityknives im only in Texas for a summer assigment for the coast guard, im going to be going back to Connecticut later and im not sure if it will be legal for me to own there which worries me. I think it should be fine but better safe than sorry
Just ordered the marbled carbon one, looks insane
One of the best hard use knives out there right now!👍
Which do you guys like better? Manual carbon fiber, or auto carbon fiber?
Me too ! 👍🏼
I think we all here like the manual better, restrictions in certain states make autos a little hard to sell and posses, sorry for the late reply
My carbon fiber mini auto comes tomorrow !!
Can’t wait
Heck yeah, hope you enjoy it!
do these count as switch blades to the law or are they spring assisted

Check Connecticuts knife laws for good measure👍
I may have to get one so I can lose it in a month! That is a sweet knife!
😂 hopefully you don’t lose it. It’s one of Benchmade’s best bang for your Buck in our opinion
