I ordered the black full size manual a few days ago, and before it has even arrived, I ordered the carbon fiber mini auto today. I couldn't resist. It just looks too good. I wish they made this exact same knife in the same size as the mini, but everything slimmed down a lot. I love thick, heavy knives, hence why I ordered the full size first, but they aren't the best for many EDC tasks. Still worth it to carry though, because they look so amazing.
Big fan of the Adamas and Mini Adamas family. Glad to see them add the Auto to the Mini lineup. I like that they kept the handle design consistent with these. Not sure why on the full size Auto Adamas that they were able to keep the holes open and not on the Mini.. Size of the auto mechanism maybe? I would like to see them use the liner color to contrast with the handle, it would be a cool detail. I understand why some may be put off by this though. Certainly need to add both of the CF Mini Adamas to the collection... would add a full size of the CF as well if they go there. Thanks for the great review and look at these Mr. Zach! #DSKFS
@@zachstuff never used the veff or those claymore serrations, but I like leatherman's serrations on the sheeps foot blade the most so far. Spydiedge, Cold Steel, and Emerson's dragons teeth work well too though.
Do the carbon scales feel as good as the other scales on the mini? Never had hands on the carbon, and I'm hovering over the buy button. Just curious if the carbon feels as sturdy as the od green in the hand. The od feels great.
The carbon fiber scales are smooth and take it to the next level. I really feel the carbon mini Adamas is like a production gold class version. All of them are super tough and will take care of your needs. Now just have to see which one fits you best for EDC!!
I have both the G10 and the carbon. The carbon feels nice and looks amazing; however, if you’re looking for a hard use knife for use in the woods, etc. I’d recommend the G10 since the carbon weave they use is going to be more brittle.
Hey Zach! I could study these for hours. Totally incredible! Mini looks big enough. Magnacut sounds good. Manual seems fast enough. Auto is sweet. Decisions? 1 2 3 ... I love them all! DSKFS = Awesome! Have a Wonderful Week, my friend!
Agree with your order of picks ! That CF is just fire ! Pho holes , nah , just dirt collectors ! Mini version would be the Jam , for carrying ! Great looking knives Brother !
I enjoy an auto maybe not all the time but they look great . Love the cruwear for the blade choice. I really want to check one out. Thanks Zach for showing these so I can check them out
Always found it interesting that benchmade went with the axis lock bar as the auto deployment part of the mechanism vs just a traditional button deployment.mostly due to the way you grip the knife when deploying it. The new gold material scales look cool but just as happy with G10 and the original colors ones. Overall good looking knives though. Thanks for the great vid and keep making sharp things fun and enjoyable
I have the FDE Full size, Auto and mini Adamas'. I like the full size better than the mini. Those are good looking minis! Thank you for sharing them Zach!
I don't have a mini adamas but I do have a full size auto adamas in cruwear. Never have used it. Lol. I should it's just a beast. Lol. Great video. 🔥🔥🔥🤘
Prefer manual myself. It's mini in name only, it's a full-size pocket knife. Cruwear is the best steel for my applications so I got the black one and it's become the favorite of my collection so far beating the ritter hogue in magnacut/green g-mascus and the spyderco native 5 blacked out in cruwear/g10. The cruwear blade is the thickest I have on a folder outside of the cold steel 4-max elite inspiring so much confidence. I'm still getting the magnacut/marblefiber mini adamas because it is beautiful but it won't be a user. It's too pretty, black mini adamas is my favorite.
Forgot to mention that while full-size adamas is not too big to carry, I carry a 4-max, the gimping on the mini adamas perfectly hugs my hand. Or fingers, as it were. It feels more secure than if I'm not getting full advantage of a knife's gimping.
Hey Zach the Auto version isn't 4 me. BUT I do own the og mini manual Adamas and I'm getting ready to purchase the New Carbon Fiber mini Adamas. Love your content. Thank you for all you do.
I’m not a fan of the faux holes, doing them like that seems goofy 🤷♀️ I think if they were trying to differentiate the auto from the manual version they should’ve done micro-milling or something like the Super Freek or CLA cuts [in their green model]. I’d probably be a fan of the manual mini CF/MC but I haven’t held any of the ADAMAS models. Carrying the Bugout and/or Narrows, as usual. About to put the Narrows on washers. Thanks for the video, Zach. #DSKFS
I would prefer the Carbon Fiber & i would like it better with out the Holes the Holes will just catch debris & i think it would look even better with out them. Thanks for sharing. #DSKFS #BEUP Much Love Brother Zach
Awesome stuff from benchmade!!!! Man those all look great... for me...absolutely 💯 🏜 warrior theme all day!!!! But manual!!! FDE!!!! Thanks zach!!! #DSKFS #BEUP
Not a fan of auto blades even if they were legal where I live. I can open my Manuel folders just as fast and there aren’t any springs to fail. The only auto blades Id buy these days are the OTF versions not because of their speed of opening etc but because of the cool factor. I have the American made microtech ultratech In elmax and the cheap Chinese made lightning in 440c steel I believe for $30 u can’t go wrong for that price. The microtech is pricey at $300 or so. I do have a number of side opening automatics but I dont carry them much at all. If I had to pick my favorite side opening automatic out of the dozen or so I have hands down I’d go with the American made Rat Worx MRX chain drive auto in cpm-154 she’s a beauty though it’s not easy to find as it’s discontinued and it’s not cheap at $400 plus.

Because one is never enough. Thanks Zach. Take care.
Rock them all!!
Have you tried out those scalloped serrations on the claymore otf?
They are interesting for sure! I like the Veff Serrations or just standard. Which is your favorite?
@@zachstuff never used the veff or those claymore serrations, but I like leatherman's serrations on the sheeps foot blade the most so far. Spydiedge, Cold Steel, and Emerson's dragons teeth work well too though.
Very nice knives, love to get one for my husband. Thank for the review

You Rock Zach. No autos for me yet.
Where did you got your Shot Show one ?????????
Was purchased online from a Benchmade dealer when they launched.
Mini, cool, new and different. I like them. I need one.
Very nice knives, putting one on my wish list. Thanks for sharing
Groovy! You’re Welcome!
I love my Mini Adamas. Such a tank with the cerakote CPM-Cruwear blade and red AWT scales. She's a looker too.
I always assumed the lock was more to keep an auto from opening in your pocket.
Nice that it works both ways. It’s an Adamas and having the ultimate lock is fun!
I enjoy an auto maybe not all the time but they look great . Love the cruwear for the blade choice. I really want to check one out. Thanks Zach for showing these so I can check them out
I would love to see a full size Adamas auto with the red shot show scales in cruwear
Opoooohhh that would be terrific!!
I love the carbon fiber auto version!

Amazing knives, the pocketrazors Episode 1 whit you was great thanks for everything you do for the community
Def some sweet blades, thanks for sharing Zach
I have always like the Adamas design. More leaning toward a full sized manual version, but these are cool as well.
I have the FDE Full size, Auto and mini Adamas'. I like the full size better than the mini. Those are good looking minis! Thank you for sharing them Zach!
Damn that’s a lot of Adamas !
Rolling out the Sibert carpet!
I cant choose, I really like all 3. I love how the carbon Fiber has variations of all three colors. Super cool. # DSKFS.
Sweet. Looks like it has some good snap.
I don't have any Adamas ... but would like to try/get the black/Grey manual full size. Thanks Zach.
love those knives just not the price. Thanks Zach.
Makes sense Paul! Thank you!
Super stoked to get one someday!! Awesome stuff Zach.
Got the 03 , love it !!
Right on!! That’s my choice too!
I don't have a mini adamas but I do have a full size auto adamas in cruwear. Never have used it. Lol. I should it's just a beast. Lol. Great video. 🔥🔥🔥🤘
I really wish I had one,ty for everything you do for us Zach
that carbon fiber though so fresh so clean
I am interested in how an auto axis lock works, seems snappy.
These are nice. I've got a mini and a full size manual adamas🔥
The burgandy is still best one, thanks for sharing Zach. Be safe
Favorite auto in bm line up. The olive is just sic #
Like the last choice the best
Groovy!
I like that they offer similar choices to the manual versions, but I prefer manual knives.
Agreed crossing the models to each is very nice to see! I am a mixed bag of auto vs manual. Appreciate you checking them out Rob!
I am curious to try one of these autos. Seem snappy.
The Adamas is one of the few Benchmades I actually like.
Man i love the mini Adamas just a little out of my league maybe one day thanks Zach
Appreciate you checking it out Scott! Try to get one in a GAW down the road.
I dig these would love to get one eventually ✌️
Looks odd without thumb studs.
Has that unfamiliar look like you know it from somewhere…..
So much Adamas so little time!
Monsterous Adamas!!
Amazing Zach dskfs your the man
Very Kool my guy I like the autos
Can't carry where I live but if I was to get an auto that fde one is awesome!!
Love all of them but the auto is my favorite

The mini Adamas is a winner in any flavor!
Good luck to everyone in this great giveaway.
all beyond my budget, but I like the green
The most fun colored one Kathleen!
Sick smaller auto
I don't have a Benchmade yet but maybe someday love the dskfs community

Awesome stuff from benchmade!!!! Man those all look great... for me...absolutely 💯 🏜 warrior theme all day!!!! But manual!!! FDE!!!! Thanks zach!!! #DSKFS #BEUP
Maybe Mrs Zach will be available for consultation on the latter part of tomorrow's Livestream‼️
HERE'S HOPING 😂
Interesting ideas usually not amazing if it's like sog
I have to be honest I miss the holes. The holes are just part of the Adamas design. My burgundy micarta is my favorite.
Don't have one but would love to have one and I am a manual guy thx Zach 2. 3 1
Those are not nearly as fast as they would be with full speed holes.
Not really a fan of OTS,.. But i am digging the Carbon Fiber..
