Life hack with charging barrels. You can make them fire A LOTZ faster. Basically you can make them repeat that initial burst without spooling it up again. You have to get use to timing the trigger but after that initial burst wait for the next slow shot or two and try to time it where you let off and click again when the next round would be firing. It’s somewhat finessey. But you can have charging barrels repeatedly firing off the bursts with only one or two slow rounds in between. The DPS is pretty wild. Was level 40 with one smoking my friends DPS lol
I'm pretty sure it's a random drop from ScorchBeast Queen. I Can make it and almost always do a SQB when someone starts it. That plus she drops all the prime receiver plans and the ultracite power armor plans so I would say she also drops the plan for that as well because it has Ultracite in the name. BUT I could be wrong and just can't remember where I got the plan from.

I love my Vamp hitmans ultracite gatling lazer it keeps me alive in the hardest of content
I have a B/FFR/90 and this gun is op af it's too slept on
Need ffr else doesnt come close to the max potential
This and gatling plasma as both are extremely slow
i have aa/ffr/90 and its good but not so much as gaussminigun or holy fire or plasmacaster if in vats
The plans on this thing are impossible to obtain
I've seen the plan sold for 5k and I didn't buy it thinking it was easy to get...
Somehow the gun itself is easy to get, on events and player vendors.

I'm no VATS build, but I will try out the charging barrel now. Even if DPS were the same, I could save on cores.
W the fusion core recharger you can j use the Gatling laser indefinitely

its also in the reward pool for cranberry bog events. not a great chance tho, ive been sitting in the bog for two weeks still havent gotten it
