    Dinner tips for sound sleep:
    1. Avoid late meals. Latest by 8pm
    2. Avoid junk and heavy food (spicy) in dinner. Give priority to salads and soup.
    3. Be mindfull about what you eat.
    4. Walking 🚶after having dinner.
    5. Avoid screen before bedtime. Have a deep meaningful conversations with your loved ones.

    I feel more important than eating dinner by 8pm, one needs to know how many hours before sleep one should finish dinner. Same goes for lunch. Many people still have a bad habit of sleeping within 1 hr after lunch or dinner. Important to mention the time gap one should maintain

    Thankyou for the information mam..
    Have 2 queries.
    1. You advised to finish off dinner by 8 pm. But certain people, celebrities, health coaches advise to finish off dinner before sunset . So that to give a 14-16 hours rest to digestive system. Please enlighten on this.
    2. You advised to take milk 1 hour post dinner . But Isn't milk a complete meal in itself . Also , I have watched your video on milk . But everyday some or other video or article pops up to abstain from dairy (health reasons and animal cruelty)

      My advice don't follow celebrities... Common people can't practice such things... Eat 3hours before bed but have your dinner at least by 8-9 pm....

    Earlier, lighter dinners were absolutely life changing for me! I never realized how amazing I could feel in the morning until I started doing this - I was a chronic late-night snacker, and when I pushed my food intake to earlier in the day it really made SUCH a huge difference for me! Thanks for sharing this!

    As per aayurveda, consuming salads are not good at night. It can increase Vat. Can cause gas and indigestion.

    madam I drink atleast 1 litre of beer every night and smoke hukkah for 2 hours every day from last 19 years .. . m still 37 years old and can walk easily for 10 kms everyday and have an absolute optimum BMI. I always sleep after having pizza from domino's and watching mobile for atleast 3 hours at night (it's been same pattern from a decade). Have wife one kid and awesome life. Now what Can I do 🥹🥲🤗

    Your last meal shud be at 7pm so if u sleep at 9pm , u got two hrs to digest yr food.
    Avoid sugary foods after 3 pm !!

      If you're eating foods lately then definitely light foods should be consumed such as salad,soup or som mild foods and avoid junk food as much as possible not only at night rather rest of the time
