    My mum died when I was 6 years. I truly wish that you are my mother now. You make me feel blessed for what I have. You are very knowledgeable , kind ,caring and loving.     My parents were passed away few years back and since then first time i found someone like you. I wish i could put my head on your lap "godi" and you just touch my head . Listening to you is very peaceful to me thank you so much for sharing your knowledge in such an easy way

    1. Dinner at least 3 hour before going to bed
    2. Comfortable cloth
    3. Coffee, tea, chocolates etc should be taken at least 5 hour before going to sleep
    4. 20-30 minutes give to yourself... For sleep..if then also getting difficulty then do pranayam.
    5. No digital gadget should be used before sleeping
    6. Shower before sleeping
    7. reading something good before sleeping

    I have struggled with sleep a lot and so I have watched and read a lot of sleep related content. Everybody more or less talks about the same sleep hygiene tips but I realised the actual problem is in the restless mind.
    Only now, after hearing Hansa ji, I feel calm and confident that sleep can happen with natural methods and that there is still hope :)

      Say half an hour or 1 hour before going to bed !!! Avoid other Rasayans ( invisible medicines ) along with this !!!
      This should take care of your sleeping disturbances if any !!!

    Thank you! Bless your soul! Lately I have such bad sleep on and off and I am watching this in five in the morning crying because I can’t sleep. I only got two hours of sleep 😢. I assume the people doing this dislike are trying to click the like through their tears of joy that they found the Visio they needed

    Once I lifted weights before bed and I slept like a rock that night. When I have a busy or strenuous work day I sleep better at night.

    Before watching this video, my newest nighttime routine has consisted of: 1 hour before bed washing face and brushing teeth, rubbing hand lotion into my hands and giving myself a hand massage, giving myself a foot massage with foot cream, and taping my mouth during sleep (to avoid breathing out of my mouth during the night), and sleeping on my right side with my right hand supporting my head. I've found these remedies to be very helpful in the past couple months in ensuring that I sleep well and deeply. However, I now plan to add Dr. Yogendra's tips where I will write the 10 positive things that happened throughout my day and avoid using any screens 1 hour before bed.

    I exactly have the problem mentioned by you ; In the night , roll on the bed and in the office feel sleepy and thinking about nice sleep in the night ; Surprisingly when i go to bed , cycle goes on ; As a way out , I do cooking in the night listening to spirituality You Tube ; I have reconciled myself that i can not sleep beyond 6 hrs a day ; ( disturbed and not deep )

    I have listened to all your talks and well meant advice dear Hansaji .It’s so comforting and uplifting.
    I am 88 years old and have been battling with age related issues such as an over active bladder which keeps me awake at night and interferes with my sleep.
    I am taking Ayurvedic supplements and going for Acupuncture treatment .
    Mindfulness and Meditation are my daily practice and I am grateful for all the blessings received.
    Many thanks for all your helpful suggestions regarding yogic asanas deep breathing and exercises !

    As someone who struggled with the same, my advice is to inculcate a night self care routine or atleast walking under the sky looking at the stars calms our mind and body and puts us to sleep easily.

    Hansaji ,you are an ocean of knowledge, but ,i have a small point to mention, regarding you stating some complains you recieve, about people getting up at night at 2 AM and after that unable to sleep, and only in morning around 7 AM they get sleepy, THIS HAPPENS WITH PEOPLE HAVING SEVERE ACIDITY PROBLEMS, SO TAKINNG CARE OF ACIDITY, WILL SOLVE THIS TYPE OF SLEEP PROBLEM 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
