You are doing a great job for the society❤️ I was a hard core non vegetarian till I visited a farm and witnessed the horror of the dairy industry. The cow is inseminated painfully every 6 months so that calf is born. The calves are taken away immediately without a single drop of milk. The male calves are transported to the slaughterhouse to be killed on the very day. This process continues for some years till the cow is completely exhausted and later sold for meat. That’s the milk we consume. I literally had sleepless nights after watching the cows, their udders become so big they can’t even move. And they run to save their babies from going to the slaughterhouse.
Thank you for these recepies so that people can choose compassion in their plate instead of pain.

Bhai, Please recommend , which brand panner to purchase from market ?
Most panners are artificially preserved and so difficult to choose one.
In cities its difficult to get good panner from the local source .
Every video on protein you say panner, but please do share which panner is best for health.
Sir I have seen many videos and articles related to protein intake some refer 1g/lb bodyweight and some says 25 to 30% of total calories intake.
So now I have a lot of confusion about this I'll appreciate if you give some guidance.

Yatinder ji aapko 3-4 saalo se follow Kar Raha hu ...age 48 ...thodi si body banti hai bimar pad jata hoon...abhi tak jis weight se shuru Kiya tha fir usi weight per hoon ..abhi fir se 8-10 din bimar Raha hoon....diet zyada Nahi le pata per bimar kyu padta hoon samajh Nahi ata Kisi bhee test mein kuchh Nahi ata.... exercise chhat per karta hoon....subah ..fir bhee vitamin d ki Kami....doodh paneer khoob khata tha ..fir bhee protein aur iron ki Kami.....free weight se gym karta hoon......protein powder use karta hoon abhi haal he mein eggs shuru kiye thay per Uske bawjud fir se bimar pad Gaya....bewajah heart beat badh jati hai bukhar ho jata hai aur is Baar knee mein swelling hui fir fever ho Gaya aur zabardast pain....ab maine exercise band Kar Di hai....normal feel Kar Raha hoon....lekin exercise Ka itna man Kar Raha hai ki kya batau......
your protein powder has L-glutamine and BCAAs in the ingredients list, I have heard that these are used for protein spiking in whey protein powders. that means even though the label says it has around 27gm of protein per serving but in reality this value is inflated due to presence of these free form amino acids. Is it true that these methods are used in spiking the protein value in whey protein powders? if yes, then why does 2x nutrition also have it. If no, please educate me about it. Thanks!

Parsley ki jagah coriander leaves use kar sakte hai green omelette banane ke liye.
Albumin inhibits absorption of almost all micronutrients so its best to consume it standalone with carbs. Milk with spinach = calcium oxalate = great absorption of nutrients of spincah (calcium & iron) so its wise to eat that separate from eggs.
