Maine 6 Feb 23 ko gym join Kiya aur TB se Maine cigrate nahi pe... And i swear i have no Idea how. I have tried so many times to quit smoking but never worked but now I'm happy and feel relaxed and fresh every morning..

You can take post workout meal 2 hrs after your workout too. What matters at the end is your overall nutrition throughout the day. 2) Its a myth that we should not take fat in post workout meal. Reality is your overall macros throughout the day matters for muscle building, not the macros of your post workout meal.
See bro if you doing workout just to sweat a little bit then you can do whatever you want. But if you have a goal of achieving an amazing shape and growth. Then your body will soon crave for food 30 min post your protein drink. If your body starts asking for food that means you have already started depriving body for its fuel. Agar pehle video me hogi toh main dekh lunga agar nai hai to next videos me please include kijiyega ya response dijiyega. 1. Water/Paani : I stay in a dry and cold place in Germany, so water intake zyda hai and somehow dehydrated feel karta hu so tea, juice ye sab bhi add hoti hai. So kitna max water intake daily hona chahiye as I'm trying to be in shape and toned, and body sahi rahe aur bloat bhi na kare (H: 5'8'' and W: 76kg). 2. Alochol consumption weekly once karte hoon! but limit me rehke. So is video se takeaway hai k at least 4 hrs gap hona hai. So, my question is shall I skip working out the 'those days' coz I train in the evening and possible nai hai 4 hrs gap alcohol se. It appears from your video if I don't/can't maintain that gap you mentioned body me kuch improvement nai hoyega. Right?

Quinoa, Soyabean, Soy Milk, Tofu are some good affordable veg protein sources. Other than that you can have paneer, milk, peanut butter, cheese, sattu (rosted chickpea powder), curd/yogurt but these also have good fats and some carbs. Good Luck!
Post workout , it is okay to have a meal. But it’s not mandatory. Based on my years of experience, it is absolutely fine to skip the post workout meal and only eat your regular meal. But yes don’t skip your regular meal. And it should be healthy
If your goal is fat burning then you can skip your normal meal as well , Growth hormone will peak during fast that will save your muscle and burn fat. So the information is not completely true for all

i don't think post workout meal is that essential . It definitely adds to faster recovery but this is really overrated , it doesn't matter as long as you hit your protein goal throughout the day. It can be helpful in the case when a person has to workout more than once in a day, but for an average gym goer it's really not that important. So let's not overcomplicate things.
