I am regularGym goers since 4 year and having good physics. But due to this most of old aged person and relatives and some my aged friends too giving advice me. 1. Don’t go to gym, it causes heart attack. 2. You will suffer with permanent joint pain in future 3. Now you look good but as soon you left gym. You will gain weight much faster and out of control. And some are not believed on physics at age of 45. They blame always it is not natural, this is dabba body. Note: I never took any steroids but only takes protein supplements.

The other day I lifted 20kgs of bicep and I could lift convincingly no problem but when I went home it started paining. It has been 2 weeks no pull activities are going on. Hand is better but slight pain is still there. Doc said just apply ice packs and volini. How long do I need to wait?
