    sir main DHEERAJ hu sir main ne gym start kiya tha October me 50 kg ke sath aur aaj hum ko 10 months ho gya jisme mera exam tha to 2 month gym band bhi tha lekin ab main 69 kg ka ho gya hu sir aapne hme sahi diet aur work out plan se ho paya aur aage bhi aap se bhut ummid hai sir ad to body bane gi thanks sir ❣️

    Mera dost keh rha tha ki Bulking Karo varna body nahi banegi, but mein maintanence pe chal rha hu and I'm seeing growth. Bulking se fat aata hai bohot zyada.

    Mere pass to trainer bhi nhi hai or na to supplement k paise, khud hi aapne gym bro k sath aap or kuch or youtubers k video dekh k workout krte hai, abhi 4 months ho gya hai or abhi 120kg ka deadlift krta hu, Bench press 70 kg and squat 85 kg. btw mera Body weight 58 kg hai and mai student hu 19 saal ka. bs jeed hai body bnane ki. 💪🔥

    I am regularGym goers since 4 year and having good physics. But due to this most of old aged person and relatives and some my aged friends too giving advice me.
    1. Don’t go to gym, it causes heart attack.
    2. You will suffer with permanent joint pain in future
    3. Now you look good but as soon you left gym. You will gain weight much faster and out of control.
    And some are not believed on physics at age of 45. They blame always it is not natural, this is dabba body.
    Note: I never took any steroids but only takes protein supplements.

    Kya hum 1500 calories shake break fast me le skte hai
    Jaada busy log jo 6 7 meil nhi kar pate
    3 - 4 meal mein kya hum 2600 calories
    Pe muscle mass bda skte hai ya
    Jaada meal hi kari padegi
    1500 calories shake ka answer plzz mein isko roj subha letaa hoon approx 105g protein in shake
    Or mujhe koi digestive problems nhi hoti shake se

    Mai pichhle ek sal se workout kr rha hu strength bohot achhi ho gai hai but body us leval ki nhi bn pai hai jitna mai mehnat krta hu mujhe heavy wait marne me bhi achha lagta hai but kya heavy se Krna sahi hai ya Mai lightweight se kru please is question ko pic kr lena sir big fan❤

    Pichhle 6 to 7 month se Gym kr rha tha abhi village ko aagya hu so ghar pe hi workout karta hu. Last mai jb Gym me forarms ki exercise kr rha tha us waqt wrist veins me heavy pain hua tha then ab jab v kabhi pushups lagata hu hath pura sidha karke sometime waisa pain feel hota hai but kam hai. So iske liye kuchh bata dijiye😊.

    Sir maine 1 month tak gym kiya. Aur month end tak aane ke bad. Mere left shoulder mai bahot jyada sujan(swelling) ho gayi. Aur abhi 1 saal hua mai apne left hand se koi glass bhi nahi vutha pata hu.
    Muze doctor ne kaha (rotator cuff tendinitis) hua hai muze. Please and please sir muze is problem ka solution bataye please sir.

    Mera myths ye hai ki...
    Muze bataya gaya hai ki body naturaly nahi banti... Agar body ya muscle badi banani hai to aapko Supliments, steroids, capsules etc. Lena hi padega. Tabhi baody banegi.
    Espar aap muze advise kare... I'm a beginner now in gym (1 month completed.)

    As per beginners....start workout and exercise for the body parts, " log kehte hai jyadaa wajaan (weigth) uthayega toh...sarir...khasa jayega ..
    body grow nhi karegi,
    low weigth chalo, sarir fule ga,

    Main 90kg ka tha aaj 71 kg ka hu yeh transformation k liye Maine yoga pushup aur diet mei sirf Ghar ka khana khaya hu. No rice no sugar no processed food. Bas apne aap kam hote gaya without going to gym

    Mujhe apse ek baat puchni hai, m jyada heavy weight lift Krna pasand nahi krta balki mujhe more reps pasand hai aur m light weight se 3x reps to 5x reps lgana pasand Krna pasand hai as normal person do.
    Leg press krte time mujhe 60kg weights se 600 reps lgana pasand hai bs apse ye sawal hai kya mera ye tarika sahi hai.

    I am 46 years old and a regular gym goer and am following PPL hypertrophy right now. The other day I lifted 20kgs of bicep and I could lift convincingly no problem but when I went home it started paining. It has been 2 weeks no pull activities are going on. Hand is better but slight pain is still there. Doc said just apply ice packs and volini. How long do I need to wait?

    Morning me physics exercise aur Khana khane ke bad walking dono regular basis pe karne ke bawjood digestion me issue 😅kyu hota hai 🤔
    Ek lambe time se physicsal exercise kar Raha hu...
    Apke btae gye rules bhi follow krta hu😅
