One of the easiest and most delicious pastas, perfect for meal prep & incredibly easy to make!

477 Calories | 47g Protein | 51g Carbs | 9g Fat
Ingredients (for 4 servings)
600g Raw Lean Beef Mince
250g uncooked Fusilli Pasta | 500g Cooked weight
1 tsp Italian Herbs
1 tsp Paprika
1 tsp Salt & Pepper
1 tsp Olive Oil
Garnish Parsley & Parmesan Cheese
Creamy Sauce
2 tsp Olive Oil
3-4 Garlic Cloves Minced
1.5 Medium Tomato Chopped
1 Medium Red Bell Pepper Chopped
1 tsp Italian Herbs
1 tsp Paprika
1 tsp Salt & Pepper
150g Light Cream Cheese (Brand: Philadelphia lightest)
1/2 cup Pasta Water

Important cooking notes
Make sure you let the tomato mix cooldown before adding in the blender and blending
Cook the beef on medium high heat to get some colour, break it up with a spatula into smaller pieces
After addind the pasta and the sauce to the pan, let it simmer for 2 mins for the sauce to thicken slightly

I’d split it into 5 and put a salad with it.

This was delicious. To make the sauce tastier I'd recommend adding half of a stock cube (any type but i used beef).

I did them, 4 spoonfuls of pasta were 3 servings for me. I added toasted bread as toppings, 10 out of 10, it weren't as orange/color as his since I did not use any salsa, would eat those everyday! 🎉

@@bhavishyasumbe5676 oh, the calories he puts on screen are for one serving. So if you cook using his amounts of food, equally splitting it into 3 servings (or 4, I can't remember) then each serving will be the numbers on screen.

It's the same meal whether it be lunch or dinner.. you could do the same thing but add heavy cream and says it's made it was and roasted

Request: Instead of typing out your recipes in the description, could you use a dedicated recipe website and put the link instead? I cannot have the same video loop repetitively while trying to cook as it gives me anxiety. I prefer to paper it into a flip file of plastic sleeves. Then I can prompt it up on the counter and glance at it as I need amounts and steps. I copied the text from the description but needed to do a lot of post-processing to edit the text sizes and fonts so they look good when printed out. Thank you for your time, this looks incredible and I will be trying it out very soon.

That’s an OBSCENE amount of salt for 4 serves.
Looks tasty but that pasta is gonna keep adding weight. Doesnt matter if you're in a calorie defecit. The simple carbs are raise your glucose ans spike insulin which triggers your body to store the unused carbs as fat for later.
