I did this workout 3 days ago. My glutes & butt were in fire; I couldn't sit or walk without any pain! I think the squats killed me cause I didn't workout for a month but I did the 7 minutes to lose belly fat workout during a week before try this one. Now I'm back to show my muscles who's the boss even if the pain is still there.

Liked trying this kettlebell workout. The bent leg on box behind me moves were hard on my knees. I appreciated the warm-up and cool-down being built in to the workout. I'd like to try other kettlebell workouts. 👍
