I literally had a flap of flab on my belly which had appeared after I turned 50, and this has made a difference, plus trying not to have dinner after 7:30 pm as well. Thank you Lucy for all you do! Thank you Lucy for yet another safe and effective workout. I was wondering … would it be possible to have a 5 min workout focused on lower abs? I have a well defined waist and strong obliques but I can’t seem to have results for lower abs. Eating is not an issue since I am eating a clean plant based diet. I’ve understood which exercises I should do but under your guidance it’s a totally different matter. 😊❤

I Lucy, I was doing walking exercises before but I usually get bored by the 3rd or 4th week. I started this 4 week plan but I'm combining 1st,2nd and 3rd week to catch up. It's like 30 minutes and I sweat a lot! Thanks!!

Hi Lucy... Please can you share a full exercise routine for someone who has diastasis recti and is just recovering from a disc bulge treatment... So haven't been able to do much exercise that is friendly for both diastasis recti and for back ... I used to follow your other workouts earlier..but now can't follow due to these restrictions.... I'm advised back strengthening and diastasis recti safe exercises only .. please can you help?
