An amazing way i have discovered i actually enjoy my apple cider vinegar is i mix a tablespoon each of apple cider vinegar, MCT oil, and raw honey together until it turns into a well blended syrup, then i mix it through a bowl of greek yogurt, it just makes the yogurt taste a little more tangy, which i personally really enjoy with honey ❤

I have a shot of ACV when I wake up inthe morning. I usually have one before dinner or at least after dinner. The one thing that does not work well with me is MCT oil in my coffee when I’m in a fasted state. For some reason, it makes me feel yucky and fat and bloated and dizzy and weird.

So ACV actually lower blood pressure in some people like my lady. I have had no negative experience with ACV.
Another way that 's actually tasty is mixed into vegetable juice with fresh lemon & pinch of cayenne, over lots of ice. When i buy veggie juice it's a store brand organic one that only has 6/7 net carbs/ serving. Good electrolyte support too.
I heard from many fasting advocates that as we go on longer without food, we will no longer feel hungry and am hearing from you as well now. I have been fasting for over four year and although I tried several times, I never could go beyond 24 hours and this also I struggle a bit. I am wondering if this is really a true in reality.
when I do my 36 hours fast, I make sure I get enough fats. I use olive oil or avocado oil ,2 tablespoons, a day before I start fasting. I notice that when I get my fats in, I can do a longer 36 hours fast easy. Coconut oil in coffee is good.

In a high speed blender: 5 ounce fresh ginger with 2 cups water, blend on high. Pour into ice cube tray and freeze. I use 1 or 2 cubes (small cubes) in a glass of water with 1 tablespoon of ACV. Add a pinch of stevia or monkfruit if need be to the glass. But I like just the ACV & ginger. My year round refresher drink.

I think it needs to be before you eat. I tried it about twenty minutes or so to prevent eating a naughty carb, and it worked. I was actually surprised. One tablespoon in a cup (8oz.) I downed it though and felt a little nauseated right after, but that feeling went away within a few minutes.
And I didn't want to eat for another two hours. I was then able to plan a little better what I was going to eat. I'm definitely an emotional eater/snacker.
I usually do 1 tbsp of ACV in about 6 oz of water. I add 3-4 squirts of lemon juice and just down it. I drink it every morning when I get up and every night before bed. Have been able to get off the medicine for heartburn/acid reflux!

I just tried Cider vinegar with sparkling water! It somehow tastes so much better than with ordinary water. You should definitely try it.

Raw milk has to be bought from the farmer on farm in Minnesota. I grew up in a dairy farm.
I used to do the Master Cleanse! I felt so great during it.

ACV spoiled my teeth. Any other way to have ACV ( please no straw suggestions)
You could try taking ACV in capsule form or diluting it in water and drinking it quickly to minimize contact with your teeth.

The hot coffee destroys benefit of MCT oil. Drink it luke warm!
