40 Min Upper Body Pull & Core Strength Workout with Dumbbells and Optional Pilates Ball

- We will be working our back, biceps, and core with this pull and core supersets workout. The first two supersets will be standing with dumbbells. You will want a couple sets of weights: medium, heavy, and then a single heavy dumbbell. The third superset will focus on core, which you can do with just bodyweight or you have the option to add a very light dumbbell and a pilates ball (or another light object you have around the house).
