40 Min Upper Body Pull & Core Strength Workout with Dumbbells and Optional Pilates Ball

  • We will be working our back, biceps, and core with this pull and core supersets workout. The first two supersets will be standing with dumbbells. You will want a couple sets of weights: medium, heavy, and then a single heavy dumbbell. The third superset will focus on core, which you can do with just bodyweight or you have the option to add a very light dumbbell and a pilates ball (or another light object you have around the house).

    Tanks 🎉 nice and good workout 🏋🏽‍♀️ for the second biceps exercise I drop 20to 15 pounds! 😅was not able to finish with the 20 ! 💪🏼
