I really enjoyed this, the 23 minutes practically flew by. It was challenging enough that I feel good but not so hard that the rest of my day is shot. I do UA-cam workouts all the time and typically can’t stand ones with any talking but you seem so down to earth and real and not “influencery” it’s super refreshing. I really liked the pacing of this class, i didn’t feel like I was racing through the movements. I’m glad I did this class and can’t wait to check out others.

I’ve been looking for a work out where I do not have to use heavy weights due to a wrist injury. On this one, I used two cans of beans as my weights but I know I still had a complete and challenging workout by the end. Thanks so much.
Good morning Jacinta (it's 08.00 AM here) Want you to know that i've tried 3 standing pilates with other trainers (you don't want to do the same day in day out) but you are the best. These other 3 were all in such a hurry. It felt more like a cardio workout. And some talked way too much. So, thank you! I wished you had more standing 20 minute workouts. Enjoy your day! OH, and although i don't see the difference yet, (it's only a month and 3 times a week) i do feel it 🙂🙂.

It's both challenging n fun, like I need to push my limit. And when I finally reach the end, I felt a sense of accomplishment 😂Thank you for this video ❤

Hi Mirimini, today. November 1, 2024 it was my first pilates! I saw it for the first time on YT so i thought, lets give it a go. I like 'only standing' workouts. And oh oh, how stiff did my body feel despite all the other workouts i've done!. Hahaha. Like you i used a pair of 2 kg. Now i'm tired and fulfilled. Great way to start the day with. This workout was incredible! It was my first time doing it and as someone who is overweight and can't really do much as far as Pilates is concerned, this was very nice. I was able to do the exercises with very little modification, but I was most definitely challenged, especially getting closer to the end. I hope to find more of your workouts like this.
I’m quite unfit at the moment and looking to add daily workouts to fix it ,this had me sweating and shaking and I had to take a few breaks but I finished it and felt so proud .thank you

I started on November 1. Oh oh oh, the muscle pain i got after a day. But today, November 4 i'm back 🙂. I desided to be nicer to my body so instead of 2 kg i now used 1 kg dumbells. Step by step! These 20 minutes are perfect to start my day with, so thank you!

This was a great all-standing Pilates workout. I can feel it in my arms, glutes, and shoulders. I used water weights Not even 5Lbs iron dumbbells. I am looking forward to more of 📹. Thank you.

Absolutely loved this workout! I’ve been having trouble sleeping lately so I am hoping that moving my body more will help! I felt soooo many bones stretching and creaking… but in a good way! Haha😂
Great workout. Different from what I usually do so it was a nice change of pace. Challenging but not too much. I was surprised how effective the low weight made this. Thank you for sharing this excellent workout. I definitely feel my glutes!
