I really enjoyed this, the 23 minutes practically flew by. It was challenging enough that I feel good but not so hard that the rest of my day is shot. I do UA-cam workouts all the time and typically can’t stand ones with any talking but you seem so down to earth and real and not “influencery” it’s super refreshing. I really liked the pacing of this class, i didn’t feel like I was racing through the movements. I’m glad I did this class and can’t wait to check out others.

I’ve been looking for a work out where I do not have to use heavy weights due to a wrist injury. On this one, I used two cans of beans as my weights but I know I still had a complete and challenging workout by the end. Thanks so much.
Hi from Indonesia. I'm a beginner and trying this for the first time today. I paused in the middle, around minute-13, with a pair of 2 kg dumbells, but then proceed to finish. It's both challenging n fun, like I need to push my limit. And when I finally reach the end, I felt a sense of accomplishment 😂Thank you for this video ❤

Why isnt anybody talking about how much sweat this short but tough (just enough to make unpause in the middle) routine makes?

This workout was incredible! It was my first time doing it and as someone who is overweight and can't really do much as far as Pilates is concerned, this was very nice. I was able to do the exercises with very little modification, but I was most definitely challenged, especially getting closer to the end. I hope to find more of your workouts like this.

I absolutely cant stand bodyweight pilates, I love these weighted ones! Its so deceptively hard, I cant wrap my mind around how hard some of the moves are. I do circuits with much heavier weights, but holding 2lbs kicked my butt. I think its the non stop movement and slowness. Some moves I had to skip as they irritate my acid reflux but I really shouldnt hve coffee preworkout 😅. I love your encouragement especially during the sumo squat portion, as it really did burn hard.

So I've been getting back into exercise after back surgery a year and a half ago, but just started with pilates. I used to do yoga all the time, and still do some, but wanted to see what pilates was all about. The muscles on the outside of my ankles and lower calves are screaming. Is that normal or could my form be off?

I love lifting weights , but am battling tennis elbow in BOTH elbows.
I decided to try this Pilates workout today and it KICKED my butt!! I was sweating from my shins! I know I need this how many days a week can I do Pilates?
They say you can do Pilates everyday but opt for at least one day rest in between some heavier sessions to help repair and grow muscle.

Awesome class. Just found you on UA-cam today and I subscribed after that class. Sometimes I love an all standing class! Did this after doing a 45 minute strength class with dumbbells so the 2 lb weights were plenty heavy enough for me.

Absolutely loved this workout! I’ve been having trouble sleeping lately so I am hoping that moving my body more will help! I felt soooo many bones stretching and creaking… but in a good way! Haha😂

This was a great all-standing Pilates workout. I can feel it in my arms, glutes, and shoulders. I used water weights Not even 5Lbs iron dumbbells.

Does this alone is enough for loosing dress sizes and weight ?? Isn't this also considered as cardio, since it makes your heart rate go up as well ??
Cardio is good for heart health and fitness but you need to consider a healthy nutritious diet for true weight loss. If you eat healthy and do resistance workouts like Pilates and strength workouts it will help with weight loss! Cardio will be a good addition if this is your goal too. Jacinta x

Nice workout but I believe you should change the verbal cues so that we can mirror what you are doing with less confusion. That is, when you step out with the right foot, tell us to step out with the left, etc. Makes it easier to follow. Thanks.
