These 10 minute exercises just inspire me to do another 10, then maybe another 10. Nice to have that option. It's not the usual monotonous 30 minute routine, even though it could work out that way! Love it!

I have never lifted dumbbells. How much weight do I begin with for this standing abs workout? Someone please guide. Fantastic work @MonikaFit. I find your low impact impact workouts extremely effective and helpful.
Hey ☺️ start with as light as you have and if you feel like you can increase the weight then try the next weight up. You can also use water bottles as home made weights 🤩
