I love these standing ab videos! I recently hurt my tailbone and doing on the ground sitting abs is way to uncomfortable. I love that I can still hit my abs without the sitting discomfort!

I had back surgery years ago and can't do sit ups or crunches anymore so I'm excited to try this out!
Tried it today, I was able to do all of them! It was tougher to do the left side reach with the dumbell in the air vs the right side but I'm sure it'll get easier the more I do it

just completed 😅 thank you for this workout! the triangle with the dumbbell up in the air was hard for me to get the hang of. but i rly felt it burn when i only slid down to my knee. something for me to work on!
