I really want you to focus on using the abs for this workout, think about engaging your core as you perform the exercises. My shoulders did get a bit cooked by the end, it's ok to take a lighter weight and focus on the core! Enjoy guys!🤩
It is OK to switch back and forth from 25-lb weights to just 5-lb weights with this one? I find I can do the 25-lb weights for some but then start to lose form. I am a beginner! I know 5 lb weights are nothing, but also that form matters most!

I did this workout with a 20, 15 and 10 lb kettlebell since my left wrist couldn't take the pressure of regular dumbbell weight. Very good standing core workout and short enough to do as an add on to other workouts.

My overall waist is relatively slim, and I have definition in my obliques, yet my front lower belly tends to pooch out. Do you have any recommendations for exercises/routines that might help me to look more proportional? Thank you!
Hey lovely, I bet you look amazing! You can’t spot reduce fat, unfortunately we can’t decide where our body reduces it from. Losing body fat is the best way to see more ab definition. Exercises are designed for specific reasons and by training the abs, yes they become more defined. However if you have body fat covering the abs you won’t see them.

Best NOT to hold a weight OVER YOUR head. Rotator cuff injuries are common in older persons. Otherwise it looks like good exercise to try
