❤😊 thank you so much I love that routine I haven't moved my spine in 9 months because I have burning discomfort and stiffness due to herniations I was afraid to bend my spine but I'm starting to bend my spine more and move it working through the discomfort the spine is supposed to be flexible and not stiff. I'm getting more flexible by moving it and not being afraid.

Fantastic indeed!! Apparently I missed this new one a week ago when it came out but I’m guessing the universe planned that because it knew I’d need this before heading out for 90 minutes on the road an an evening under the stars enjoying some beach music. Saving this on several folders because I know it will be perfect for many occasions! Thanks ever so much and yes, I’m the one who needed the reminder to not bend so much on the fountain but to use my knees. 😂.

@@qigongwithkseny. Good morning Kseny, I’m just saying this question after doing the routine for heaven only knows how many times I’ve done it. That’s not an easy question to answer, I guess I appreciate both the routine pace and the variety of moves… my body seems to know what parts need to be challenged each day and this seems to address all of the. From the eyes to the toes…the vibrations, the hip movements, I even paused it during hip circles to do 30 moves in each direction. My body thanks you for creating this routine!
