- This 20 Minute morning Qigong routine is here to wake you up and get ready for the day. Starting with the full body Qigong shaking followed by body tapping exercises ending the session with light stretches for the upper back, chest, lower back and the hips. This routine can also work to help you release muscle tension and mental stress.

Good morning, Kseny! This video is the best one to do first thing in the morning, Especially on days like today where I am really stiff and sore. The shaking and tapping are so helpful and the gentle stretches just right and not t much too soon while I'm st partially frozen, but on my way to water, for sure! Namaste, Kseny

Thank you so much!This was perfect for a Sunday morning and as Mother's Day gift💖 Loved the cues for turning the spine, sometimes it's easy to be less mindful with basic exercises done everyday. PS: So funny to see Altai with his cone of shame and so focused on whatever was going on in that wall😄
Hi, thank you for taking the time to share. My teacher always says that often the most simple exercises are the most powerful. because simplicity allows us to feel more relaxed and tune inward. Altai was stalking bees!!!!

Thank you Kseny - I did this on Monday morning - a good start to the week! I enjoy the feeling of moving stagnant energy and also the tapping. Poor Altai - we call it the cone of shame! He looked as though he had his eye on something and was working out how he could get to it!!
Indeed! He is a master stalker. I suspect there is a bee nest inside the wall and when they go in & out they make a very attractive noise. 😊😊😊
