The shaking and tapping are so helpful and the gentle stretches just right and not t much too soon while I'm st partially frozen, but on my way to water, for sure! Namaste, Kseny

Hi, thank you for taking the time to share. My teacher always says that often the most simple exercises are the most powerful. because simplicity allows us to feel more relaxed and tune inward. Altai was stalking bees!!!!

Thank you Kseny - I did this on Monday morning - a good start to the week! I enjoy the feeling of moving stagnant energy and also the tapping. Poor Altai - we call it the cone of shame! He looked as though he had his eye on something and was working out how he could get to it!!
